Place is garbage. Tap to pay doesn’t work. Three pumps told me to see cashier. I wasn’t able to fuel up once. I better not see a charge for gas I did not receive!

Horrible experience when attempting to fuel up. The fuel rewards button on the first pump would not work, so I pulled up to the next pump where the rewards button did work, but the fuel pump did not - yet I was charged for fuel I did not receive. I informed the store clerk who stated "oh yeah, that pump hasn't been working" and "I don't know what to tell you" when I asked about my fuel points now being gone, and that I had been charged for fuel I did not receive. I tried calling the store, the phone number is not in service. I tried calling corporate, to which I only was able to listen to a recorded message stating I needed to contact my bank to file a dispute. I will never buy fuel from this location again. Poor management, poor customer service, and dysfunctional and/or unmaintained pumps.

Lady at the register was rude for no reason. I simply asked if she could give me chsnch for a twenty dollar bill after spending 60.00 in fuel.

I have gone here 3 times and everytime the employees are not pleasent its like im a bother and never a hello or thank you. Today i went in with 8.00 in quarters because its between pay periods and i was totally on empty i mean fumes and had to have my daughter somewhere fast and the female working said if they are rolled she could take them . how do you roll 8.00 dollars ? She said sorry she had no room for quarters really i cant believe shell wont take quarters its not like i came in with 20.00 dollars in change. Its the closest gas station to my home and i always went to tessero and the employee's that worked for them were the best ever and its sad to see them replaced with such lazy uncaring employees that just stand behind a register on a i pad. I wont go back and i hope shell screens thier employee's better or at least teach them customer service. By the way i made it to where i needed to be but ran out after trying to get to a gas station. Thank you shell for a wonderful experience and morning.
