“They have been so amazing to work with!! I had my unit for 2 years, and it was always easy to get to, no matter the time of day or night, snow was always cleared, they take pride of their property and their customers. They're very hospitable and upbeat to be around, and they're super understanding and helpful when life hits you!! I highly reccomend this place, and if I ever need a unit, I'll for sure go back to them! Marco is awesome to work with. Thank you guys so much for everything you've done for my family and I!”

“Very nice staff, clean facilities, easy process to get everything going as I did it over the phone. We purchased a disk lock and they kindly set it inside the storage unit so when we accessed the unit at 6 am, we didn’t have to wait for the office to open at 9 am. Excellent customer service!”

“We were extremely fortunate to have InterWest assigned to us as our local mover for our military move to Idaho Falls. Kolton, Luis, Justin, Bridger and Rhiley worked incredibly hard and had a great attitude all day. 5 stars isn’t enough for how much of a help this crew was. They unpacked and assembled our furniture with care; there wasn’t a single scratch on our things or the house. When we had questions about the status of our shipment, Tabitha, Jessica and Christina answered the phone promptly and went out of their way to get the information we were looking for. “Would recommend over any other storage facility in Idaho Falls. We have rented from them twice now and every time is an amazing experience. Rental set-up is quick and easy. Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly and helpful. The units and grounds are very clean and welcoming. Prices are also very good rates, we checked other facilities and South Town Storage definitely had the best prices hands down. Ask about their deals too. Sometimes they have one month half off or one month free (if it is a longer term rental)”
“Needed a storage unit. These guys were a little cheaper than many others in town we talked with. I got a 10x10. The ceiling is only about 8 feet tall, I was expecting a little taller but all my stuff still fit. It was easy to sign the paperwork and get started and the staff were really nice. I'll update if there are problems or fees when we leave. The reason for the 4 stars is because it is a gravel lot and not all paved. Of course the storage units are on a concrete slab and have concrete floors, but I would have preferred a paved location.”

“Rocky Mountain Boiler has been an absolute life saver for me. I manage a 35 unit apartment complex with 2 large boilers and all the associated machinery to go along with them. I have zero knowledge of how it all works, and anytime i have had a problem, they are the ones I call to help me figure it out. I've never been dissatisfied with their work. They are always on time, get the job done quickly and efficiently and are great about answering all my questions and explaining everything that needs done, why it needs done and in a way i can understand. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services!”

“I needed a hitch installed on my car last minute and wasn’t able to schedule a time online. When I talked to Crystal, the owner and sweetest lady ever, she didn’t even hesitate to tell me they could get it done for me. They were able to get it installed and hook up a small trailer in just under an hour and we were even able to have our doggy wait in the lobby with us. I was so grateful for her help and wish I could give more than just 5 stars! Thank you, Crystal!!”
“Called here about storing a vehicle I care about a lot, and got in touch with both of the brothers that operate this place. Both of them were super kind and spoke very professionally with me! One brother went out his way to take my call while on a trip, and the other went out of his way to meet me at the place and get me set up, as well as show me right to my parking spot and little details of how to use the storage area. Couldn't reccomend these guys more! The gated storage area also seems very secure, which is obviously a plus. They also have very very good pricing for what they offer. Giving 5 stars for my check in experience, if anything crazy happens to my stored vehicle, then I'll update the review but if you dont see an update, assume these guys have done an awesome job!!!!!”

“I got a chip in my windshield fixed at their job Broadway Lube. I had my 1 year old with and the women helped me fill out all my paperwork and walk me through calling my insurance. My windshield chip was fixed in 20 minutes. Very friendly people & great customer service!!”
