In August 2020, Steve increased my home owners insurance by 1000.00 more. I found a new insurance company on a better cost. I asked Steve to cancel all my insurance. I had to sign and cancel my insurance. But Steve didn’t cancel my four wheel, the four wheeler gone due to a divorce in October 2020. I’ve been paying it since. I’ve asked Steve to cancel it and return my money. He say he did t remember the cancel and I have to take my divorce paper to show it was in the divorce to get my money back, now have to take a day off to get all info so Steve will pay me back, for all the headache when Steve should have done the right cancel the first time I. The only reason why I'm giving this company five stars is because it will not allow me to give them more. I know it was something little but today received a phone call from the company just to wish my wife a happy birthday what a great bunch of people thank you for everything.
