Update: Apr 2 2024Our internet connection dropped for about 10 days due to some technical issues of one of their towers, apparently. Having no internet for 10 days was a bit stressful but all staff I communicated with were very helpful and tried hard to do whatever they could do. A tech person Kegan drove to our remote cabin in a heavy snow storm and fixed the connection. Great local service in tough area!Update: Feb 28 2024We had a snow storm and short power outages. Not sure these were the cause but we lost internet connection. The customer service and the tech team worked on the issue and we got back the internet shortly! They are quick and always try hard to fix issues. Great local business!We live in a kind of rural area near West Yellowstone. We've been using Anthem Broadband (used to be Safelink) since 2017 and our internet connection has got better since. Their support is always fast and good!

I’ve had anthem in my place for a few years and I’ve decided to stick with them. personable, knowledgeable installers appreciate these guys and the quality of their products. I recommend setting up autopay to waive your setup fee and get a discount off your first couple months!

This has been the worst internet company we have ever had highly NOT recommend we have had it about 6 months and have had to have a tech come to our house 4 times with it taking a week each time to get someone out here so we pay a month's worth of internet and are lucky to have service 3 week out of the month.

Anthem Broadband has the best customer service I've ever experienced with an Internet company. The internet works really good but if you have a 2 story house I highly suggest getting an extender because our TV upstairs has a hard time staying connected, ther than that it works great ?

The internet goes in and out more than I think it should. However 24/7 tech support is good and they are very helpful. I just hope they work with customers at a time the customer needs payment arrangements.

The installation went well, and the internet speed and quality are good. Everyone I've dealt with at Anthem--sales, schedulers and the installer--have been very courteous and helpful. Marcos, the installation tech, went out of his way to explain his process and update me on progress.

Anthem Broadband did a great job for our Rv park for the first couple of years.They came out to do an Antana switch, and it didn't work right the rest of the summer. We lost several thousand dollars in revenue because of canceled reservations. They didn't care. They kept telling me my trees grew in the way. I guess I have amazing trees because it took 20 minutes for the internet to quit working while the techs were there. Then they wanted me to pay for all new lines to be dug into my Rv park. I won't give the any more money for what they did wrong.

After having issues with two previous internet providers, I called Anthem! Had me hooked up right away. Several months now and nearly no buffering. Truly unlimited service! Recently my internet "went down". Call tec support turns out my son had unplugged the router and plugged it back in wrong! Great service, we live rural and they hooked me right up! Tec was great and made sure everything was connected computers, TVs, and game consoles!
