I'm very frustrated with Ross hair fashion!! I made an appointment for my daughter that has complex special needs and let them know she is 4 years old .. My appointment was at 4pm Saturday 2/25/23 I was then contacted by the person Kelsie that was going to cut my daughter's hair and asked to change times to 12:30 which we said ok to ..At 11:45 am we took our daughter off her IV feeding and changed all her dressings and get her ready . At noon Kelsie text me and said her earlier client was very late and she now wouldn't be able to get us in now , In my opinion that client lost her spot especially after her having knowledge of our daughter's special needs. She asked if we could come in during the week even though knowing Saturdays were the best due to lots of therapies..I feel that this was handled terribly the late client should have lost their spot and we kept our spot especially having knowledge that this was our time frame.. I also feel that Kelsie cared more about her late client because it was more money than a special needs 4 year old basic haircut..Ross hair is definitely unorganized with their scheduling and have their priorities mixed-up.....Very frustrating where ones cares are at !!!Justin Buell
