These folks are fantastic! I had a bag of miscellaneous silver coins and Jordan immediately assessed them and gave me a very fair price. I also upgraded my old shotguns to a new semi-auto and Paul got me the gun I needed (no upselling) and for a great deal. Stop in and they will treat you right!

Their gun selection is really good, lots of options. The prices are also really good. The employee I talked with was really friendly and not pushy, he answered all of my questions. I will definitely come back to this store!

Went in looking for an empty chamber flag. They unfortunately did have one but I have to say I have never been there before and it’s outstanding! The customer service I received was awesome! There selection was large and they had the rifle scope I have been looking at buying at the best price I have seen in town! I will be coming here more often!

Went in today just to casually look at a few guns. Spotted a winchester model 12 pump that was in on consignment. Paul and another gentleman helped me get a great deal and I left very happy. I have never had an issue with this business. I have delt with Paul a few times in the past and he has always been direct, honest, and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back.

Went into the store for the first time yesterday and the staff was not very friendly or helpful. I'm pretty sure one of them was either the owner or a manager. I'm sure not all of their staff is that way, but I've been treated similarly at other gun counters before and I have no problem taking my business somewhere where people can be friendly. I went to another gun store for the first time down the road yesterday after this as well and they were very friendly and welcoming.

Another excellent shop with great selection and knowledgeable staff who are easy to speak with. I don't see discount sales from this shop often but the prices are reasonable.

I have done business with Ross’s for a long time. I have always found them to be helpful and courteous. I recently bought a new rifle, scope and rings. The gentleman that helped me was very helpful and friendly. While waiting to get the scope mounted and bore sighted I was asked by several of the other employees and the owner if I was being helped and if they could do anything for me. In todays world that is an oddity as it seems work in just a hinderance to be endured for 8 hours. These guys are top notch, knowledgeable and very helpful. They have a great selection of products with decent prices. I will continue to frequent Ross’s and give them my business as well as tell others of the great experiences I have always had at Ross’s
