Here's the facts because they did flat out lie to my husband and I just to help get the sale, which was a full cash sale might I add. We bought a 2017 Nissan Rogue in 2020. The price was fair so we thought.Now to fast forward to yesterday. We went to Ron Sayer Dodge withe every intention of trading in our 2017 Rouge. I had a slide off 2022 and into a fence and fixed it. Which I declared before they ran the car fax on the 2017 Rogue. Well the sales guy came back to talk numbers and states that the 2017 Rogue had been in 2 accidents. One in June of 2020 and I didn't buy the car till Dec 2020. I would have NEVER bought it had the sales person disclosed the truth.Not only did they lie to me, but they stole money from me because the 2017 Roge was not worth what they said because of the accident they were by law suppose to disclose.End of all this because of their lie and lack of honesty. I lost out on the car of my dreams with Sayer Dodge. I thought they were a company of integrity, boy was I mistaken nor will I never step foot or recommend either Nissan or Dodge to anyone again.

Nick was courteous and prompt with communication. I like ability to receive/send texts about my service, and to pay via a texted link. Thanks for good customer service that takes convenience for the customer into consideration.

Service Advisor, Ryan, was an absolute life saver for us and turned a really stressful event for us into a calm, positive and solution solving experience while heading to Arizona from Canada. Due to an oil change thoroughly "messed up" by an oil change franchise, our car began smoking and spewing a noxious smell when we stopped for gas early on Day #2 and we knew that we were in trouble. Although hesitant to drive the vehicle too far, we "limped" into Ron Sayer Nissan an hour before closing time on a Saturday. Ryan was not only knowledgable but friendly and assured us he'd get us back on the road with a full road worthy vehicle. After consulting with one of he mechanics, an inspection was conducted and after some minor work, Ryan had us on the road with confidence that our problem had been resolved. A quick stop at an auto parts shop in Ogden, UT for a new dipstick assured us that the issue caused by the oil change store was ancient history! Kudos to Ryan for taking care of us when the dealership was already busy and close to closing for the day. This positive experience derserved a 5 star review for this dealership's customer service and 10 stars to Ryan for not turning his back on us so close to closing time.

Most recently I got new tires, an oil change and my exhaust manifold replaced. The service went more smooth than I could have hoped for and my truck is driving awesome now. The team was highly competent, attentive and the outcome of the service has been superb. It’s a great group of folks to work with and to take care of my vehicle. I especially appreciate the clear communication and attentiveness to both my schedule constraints, and my trucks condition- those factors can be challenging as a full time fishing guide, but the team at sayer Nissan knocked it out of the park for me this season.

I have been a loyal customer for many many years, and have purchased, serviced, repaired, several BMW, Dodge, Jeep, and Nissan vehicles. However, I am very disappointed in the customer service I have received the past week. I lost the key to my Nissan Rogue recently and needed to replace it and was in search of the key code I called Ron Sayer Nissan and was told by Aubry, they could not give out that information. I then called Nissan Corporate and was told to call my local dealer they would be happy to help me. When reluctantly calling them back I talked with Ryan and he was vey matter of fact that I would have to have the car towed to the dealership and they could order a key fob, cut the key, and program it for me for a much much higher price than the local locksmith. Owning the car with title in hand and several forms of identification would not warrant me having such information on my own vehicle. I am appalled at such actions and regulations from this dealership. When you think you have the only game in town customer service is not important. If Ron Sayer were here I’m certain this would not have been an issue.

My friend’s son lost the key to her Rogue and it was her only key because she bought the car used. She talk to Ryan in the parts/service department and he told her it would be $450. She asked if Ron Sayer could come out program the car and he said no they would have to have it towed. When she tried to explain to cause it was involved because the car not being able to be put in Neutral bill for a tow is @$150+. My friend checked around and she found that there was a local locksmith here in Idaho Falls that could do the replacement key service and program the fob, and would come out and cut the key and program the fob for about $100 but she needed to get the pin number from the the Nissan dealership in order to program the fob. So she called Nissan headquarters and ask them what to do about it and they told her to call the local Nissan Ron Sayer‘s Idaho Falls and they would be more than happy to help. But when she called, Ron Sayer told her told her that was company policy not to give out the car’s pin number, even though she had her drivers license, the title for her car, and other ID that he needed to prove the car was hers Ryan hung up on her. We understand that there is a lot of car theft here in Idaho Falls, and in the area but this is ridiculous to treat customers like they are thieves even when they’re willing to bring all that documentation in and explain the situation so instead of it costing my friend $100 to get a new key for her car. It cost her 700 thanks to Ron Sayer’s policy. Ron Sayer has sub par customer service.

The Nissan service was excellent. Mechanics not only installed the parts needed to raise my passenger window but also repaired the master switched that controlled all windows on the driver’s side. They saved me a lot of money if I had gone to an other shop. Great job!

I had to get a car. I didn't want to but mine was on the way out, and fast. I looked at many places and made my own car with a price I liked on the Nissan website. I submitted it and soon got a call from Jayden in Idaho Falls. He and everyone else were kind, not pushy, nor talked down (I'm a woman). Even when I paused to think about things, they continued to be kind and patient. Not calling too much, but making sure I was aware of their readiness. Well done to them. I was always ready yowalk away if needed, but that need never happened.

The Staff staid way past closing to finish the deal I wanted to put together. Very helpful with instructions on new tech in the car I was purchasing that was all new to me.

I was towed into Ron Sayer's service department late Friday at the beginning of a 3 day holiday weekend. Nick in service was kind and helpful. By 10 am Saturday morning Nick called me with great news that our repair was finished and we could get back on the road for our extended weekend trip. The service was fast and we are very grateful for the attention we received. I would recommend Ron Says Nissan in Idaho Falls to everyone.
