Cole was very helpful with working around my schedule. He was not pushy The first time I came in, I told him I wasn’t ready to purchase that I just needed to look at some vehicles and he was very happy to show it to me about four weeks ago. I knew what I wanted. I did all the research and he was happy to except that I knew what I wanted and told me exactly what I wanted. He was so nice and plate very pleasant to work with. This was the fifth car I bought from you three brand new ones and one used and I’ve always had a good experience and if I buy another one, I’ll come back

Brought my 2015 Altima in for its suggested 100,000 mile service and was met with very pleasant and focused service techs, as I have been met during the last two years! Following a well-established and efficient routine, they first inspected the vehicle and then met with me in the comfortable client waiting area to review the findings. The comprehensive and thorough report was quickly and clearly explained to allow my decisions as to where to proceed. Written work detail and pricing was provided in a very open and forthright presentation. Also included were notifications of pending future work and repair as might be required based upon the inspection report. The work and replacements selected were completed quickly and expertly. In all communications, from initial greetings to final payment, the Ron Sayer Nissan staff was very pleasant, professional and focused. I have absolutely no criticisms or regrets over selecting this dealership as the service support for my vehicle and very enthusiastically recommend them to the Idaho Falls public at large.
