Rocky Mountain Boiler has been an absolute life saver for me. I manage a 35 unit apartment complex with 2 large boilers and all the associated machinery to go along with them. I have zero knowledge of how it all works, and anytime i have had a problem, they are the ones I call to help me figure it out. I've never been dissatisfied with their work. They are always on time, get the job done quickly and efficiently and are great about answering all my questions and explaining everything that needs done, why it needs done and in a way i can understand. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services!

The sad part is I almost didn't call them because of the previous review and they ended up saving me thousands of dollars. Our boiler broke on a Sunday I called the competition on Monday and they sent a guy out. By Monday afternoon the competition had assured me I needed to spend $2500 for a part for my aged boiler. I called Rocky Mountian Boiler and had them verify the diagnosis. It turns out that the competition mis-diagnosed the problem. Ryan and John worked hard to figure out the real problem and it was just a simple switch. It was fixed and running (with a temporary fix) shortly after their visit, and the part is on order. I do not know the exact bill, but it will be FAR ... Less that the competition suggested (I am thinking less than 200$.) I will never call any one else for our boiler issues.

Very disappointed with their billing. When I called to talk about the billing because they charged more hours than what they were at my house Howard told me it's for travel time that I need to pay for Plus they charge for miles so I paid $90 an hour for travel time plus $48 for an hour drive time when I live in firth. Howard was completely rude to me on the phone and said they don't need my business because they do just fine they been at it long enough and I'm the first person to ever say anything and he said he has to make money too, that's why they charge miles plus travel time. I don't know why it's marked labor if it's travel time. Then when we looked up the price of part they have it marked$150 higher, and again Howard told me they have to make money too. Why is it marked parts if its parts plus making money? so for Rocky Mountain boiler to come and clean out cotton out of our boiler and replace a module it costed us almost $1300 all in all we were without hot water for about six days. The way Howard talked to me on the phone was completely rude he was the biggest j*** I work in business myself and I would never talk to somebody the way he talk to me and I will never be back because of him.
