Rocknaks had everything I needed and more! The employees were so kind and helpful. The cashier even gave my toddler a sucker. I have several hardware stores closer to my home but I will happily go across town for this store. I love family owned businesses.

Great little store. There's not a whole lot going on on the west side and these folks have saved my bacon on multiple projects by being well stocked, well staffed, and easily accessible to all the folks on the west side of town.

I experienced the manager making a customer get a refund for products they were trying to buy for someone else to take.Seemed unreasonable considering it’s a store. Where anyone can go buy what they want, but seems like if someone else wants it they’ll make another customer get a refund for products just so someone else can buy them.

I’ve waited way too long to post anything about how great of a business Brian and his folks run here. If you (like me) are always aspiring to get involved in more ‘DIY’ projects (and you might need a little help figuring out how to do them) - then this is absolutely place you need to go to.

Rocknaks Idaho Falls is what all stores should strive to be. The store is well stocked, nicely laid out, organized, and the customer service is phenomenal. Brian, the owner, is an outstanding business owner who runs a great store. His people are all very knowledgeable and very helpful. The selection they have is outstanding. They have everything needed to complete those DIY/ honey-do projects and if you're a professional they got you covered as well. Always a good experience when I stop at Rocknaks. Highly recommend!
