In the mornings before noon, they only have 1 register open, long line, no one up front seeing how the check out is going, very dissapointed with the check out system, poor management for sure

My son sent me flowers for Mothers Day yesterday. He lives out of state so had to use a delivery service. The flowers arrived and didn't look all that fresh, kinda of wilted. Immediately put them in fresh water. Woke up this morning and they are dead! Why would a floral sept not use fresh flowers for Mothers Day. When I called the floral dept, they said they would replace the flowers but I would have to pay the $20 delivery fee. I refused and was referred to her supervisor. That amount was over her head so l was transferred to customer service. Disconnected. I called back and got customer service. Passed on to store manager. Disconnected. I have up. My son spent a good amount on these flowers. How sad I couldn't enjoy them. I blame Fred Meyers floral for sending old crappy flowers. And then just giving me the run around. Terrible! There are your five stars!!!

The employees are so rude they talk down to the customers, they do not ever want to admitt that they are wrong about anythinganything. My experience with the Fred meyer store in idaho falls is an actual zero.... I have been in several situations with their imployees and management where they have personally harrassed me, completely ignored me. Made it to where I left half of my groceries at their store to get looted bybtheir employees more than likely. They said they would make good on their mistake toward me. But no just more and more drama, and lies and disrespect. No accountability. Specific emplyees have even went as far as making very disrespectful degrading comments to me and my kids to our face in frlnt of other customers. Almost everytime I have gone into their store in idaho falls there is a problem created by yheir emoyees andand management if youtry to get them involved. This store in paticular needs to be renovated emplyee wise and management included. They are running their store down instead of encouring business!

Good place to find just about everything you need. From garden to clothing. The service is friendly in all departments. The food in the produce section is beautiful. The meat department has a good selection too.The store is clean, even the bathroom. Prices are a little higher than Walmart but worth every penny.

Today I bought a few things from Fred Meyer and the employees were very pleasant and helpful and the security announcement wasn't blaring all the time. This was a very pleasant and relaxing shopping experience today. Great job Fred Meyer employee's! Thanks!

I love me some Fred Meyer! It is a cleaner and happier version of Walmart. Better items, better selection, more name brands and happy employees. Lots of options for cold beverages, including energy drinks. Lego's we're on sale 20% off. That is a great price! Games were buy one get one. Normally that sale is only at Thanksgiving. Carhart was 20% off as well. What did I learn today? It was super easy to purchase here given the great selection.

Give Rogue a Raise! Last Thursday, 08/19/2021, I was in the cashier line as I was going to be a problem child with my coupons, reusable bags, produce and alcohol. Rogue picked me out and motioned for me to come to self checkout. I followed her over and she was extremely efficient and friendly, helping me with everything. She went the extra mile and she deserves a raise!

I shop here all the time and usually don't have issues with the employees, but the lady who was bagging on lane 2 today 7/30/21 at 9:31 am (tall with light brown hair in a messy ponytail wearing a tie tie blue shirt and black apron) had a nasty attitude. An older couple in front of me kept asking if they were charged sale prices for everything which slowed down the line but I guess that ruined the bagger's day. I brought my bags towards the front as the old couple left and the bagger put my parsley and basil in a plastic bag and as I handed her my reusable bags she said in a snarky way "well I can't bag them in your bags if I don't have them" seriously? Was I supposed to ram through the old couple to give them to you? Have an ounce of patience. Then I said "well I couldn't get to you to hand them to you" then she says "it's fine" but is it really though? Your body language, lack of eye contact, and tone mean otherwise. Just because your having a bad day with another customer doesn't mean you take it out on others. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Management needs to talk to her because one day she's gonna mess with someone that isn't gonna let her off easy. Check yourself.

Come on Fred Meyer's! Don't make announcements that mask are mandatory, have signs blasted everywhere then not enforce them or even ask a customer to put one on. Worse part is seeing a worker behind the pharmacy with the mast under his nose! What good does that do?? And the customer he's speaking to pull her mask down to talk to him!! Not the best roll model I'd say. ID has super large cases still and even if they didn't who wants the common cold? Let's stay safe!

When fulfilling pick-up orders, you may want to peel the clearance stickers off your produce before you give them to the customer if you're not giving them the clearance price. Also, when I can get out of my car and walk in to find a simple substitute, it doesn't give much confidence. Great ethics Fred Meyer.
