We have had mostly great experiences over the last 2 years. Today was a tad rough. Last night our internet started to flicker on and off constantly. I decided to deal with it in the morning because it was very late and a holiday. This morning I tried all the usual fixes. It didn't work, so when they opened I called and was given more suggestions. Then they suggested I call back if I continue to have struggled after trying those suggestions. I tried them, and got an hour of internet out of it before it did the same problem again. I called back got a different person who was kinda pushy and we butted heads on certain things. I did everything in my power and just was overwhelmed and frustrated. I got a new router, and called to verify that someone would be at the office to help me set it up with our fiber, since the other guy had said they would be there til 530. The lady that answered at 5:10 said they would be there. I rushed over, and made it by 5:16. No one answered the door, and their phone service had switched over to the after hours tech support. I sat in the parking lot angry and frustrated with 4 screaming kids. I then get a call from Mike- he was on site at another house. He talks me through how I can set it up myself, sending me text messages to help me once I am home. Right as I get home around 6, he calls and says if I come back to the office he will take the time to set it up. He tells me if I have problems to text him back. He sets it up, I take it home, and it wasn't working. I text him, and he walks me through the problem solving needed to fix it. Mike is the man to speak to when you have problems with qwk net. 5 out of 5 for Mike. 4 out of 5 for the after hours tech support members that couldn't do much but set up a ticket that notified Mike. 3 out of five for the guy that got pushy in his recommendation for a crazy expensive router that I wasted time looking for even though the customer service for that brand sucks. 3 out of 5 for the lady that said she would be there and then wasn't 6 minutes later, and didn't even leave a note apologizing- I felt lied to by her, and it didn't help the frustration I was already dealing with. I don't like lies.

Awesome service! My dog chewed up the cat5 cable on the outside of my house and I called in and Mike answered and was very nice and helpful. He showed up within 2 hours and fixed the cable for us. It was a great experience and our internet speeds have always been great!

Customer service is outstanding! They always return their calls Texas or emails. Pricing is extremely Fair, and they seem very honest. I have been very happy with service.

I chose qwk.net because they are local and low priced for the speeds I need. However, I have had more bad experiences than good. I never receive any type of emails regarding my bill coming up or past due or receipts that my bill is paid, I am supposed to be on auto pay and many times I just assumed my bill was paid and ended up being shut off because it wasn't, I would then have to call in for a one time payment on a different card and this is where the hipaa violations come in, they will write down your card info on a piece of paper rather than just type it into the computer and instantly process your payment. There have been many occasions where I had to call back because they still didn't run my card and had my payment information sitting on a desk. And now I have one bill that is 2 weeks late and I get shut off!!! I made the payment almost 24 hours ago and still do not have service! Not to mention I have never been shut off this fast, normally I am 2 months late before I realize it hasn't been paid! I am switching providers today and will be going with someone who has an online portal so I can handle the billing on my own.

In addition to the great fiber network service we receive from Qwk.Net, Kip and everyone in the office is friendly, helpful, go out of their way to help. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Mike responded within 10 minutes of my call on a Friday night at 8pm. Had me up and running in no time a all. In a year of service only had one downtime and was only out 15 minutes. Highly recommend these guys!
