Hayward By-Pass Plug for the Hayward C500 filter housing.PST pool supplies is a phenomenal company to do business with. Every company in world should communicate, ship quickly as they do. I went to Pinch a penny pool supply local Florida and they never heard of the repair part . It wasn't even listed in the Hayward parts book. I have a older Hayward filter model. Thank you again PST for correct part to keep my pool sparkling again.

My old Viking hot tub needed a new top side control panel. I did some research online to find one that would work for it- it needed a my longer cord than the standard 6ft cord. I found an option with a 10'cord on PST Pool Supplies website. I ordered it and overnighted the part. When I recieved the part, it only had a 6ft cord which was much too short. I contacted the company and they responded very quickly. They stated it was a manufacturer change that they weren't aware of and offered to overnight me the 10' extension cord for the inconvenience. I was so appreciative of their efforts. Unfortunately what was supposed to be overnight shipping turned into a week. FedEx lost the package. I emailed PST and FedEx in an attempt to figure out what was happening, again, they responded very quickly. After there was no further movement in my package, they reshipped me a new extension cord. I recieved it today (also recieved the email that FedEx officially lost my original package) and everything installed so easily. This whole thing was a 1.5 week process since the shipping of the extension cord, but PST was extremely responsive and did everything they could to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I was initially hesitant to order from an online supplier I wasn't familiar with, but the customer service I recieved is unheard of in today's age.... I will 100% be using them for all of my hot tub parts in the future. I am so appreciative.

Ordered a 250$ waterco fulflo cartridge filter and they sent a cheap excel cartridge filter that may last two months. If you order from there make sure your not in desperate need of a filter. Have time to get it and make sure they send what you ordered.

My spa is 20 yrs old and the flow switch in it is no longer available. I contacted the mfgr and they came up with a suitable replacement, but said their minimum order is $150 + shipping. After several emails I got someone there to direct me to a dealer that might sell to a lowly homeowner. That is how I got to PST. They were great to work with, we exchanged info/pics and Mark found me a Harwil version that would work for less than Harwil's price, no minimum $ requirement, and FREE shipping. So PST saved me $100 :-)

Great customer service. Started off a bit rough with a dispute over their shipping terms. They did right by me and refunded the shipping fee. I have found a new online pool store I will go to first!

Justin at pst pool supplies went above and beyond doing research for me on an old bath jet tub. I ordered what he recommended and it worked. I'm also pleased with the fact that it didn't cost me alot to get my jet tub back.

My wife waited until the last possible moment to tell me she needed some supplies before opening the pool at her country club. I reached out to PST Pool Supplies (even though I am on the east coast), and they went far beyond the norm to get them to me on time. I cannot recommend this company more enthusiastically. Sal (Owner) and Don (Support) are awesome, My order arrived promptly, upon opening I noticed an item missing, Don had the missing part sent to me the next day. This was my first time ever installing a spa bath system, the instructions were lacking for a novice like myself. Don took the time to explain in detail how to install the unit. I highly recommend these guys!
