0 Stars if I could! Absolutely displeased with their customer service. I'm just a student at the Idaho Falls High School who was thirsty looking for a drink. I came across their vending machine on 11/3/2023 and it took my money without giving the soda. Further more, it wasted even more of my time because I had spent 10 minutes looking around dumbfounded on the machine for a phone number or some kind of way to contact them so we could fix this problem. I had to go down to the office while still thirsty onky to find out the person who did have their info was gone at the moment. I had to wait another hour just to call them. Then, when I did... Well, I was told someone was on their way and would call me when they got there to help... 2 hours passed and I was confused. So, I called back only to find out they had lied and didn't even bother to call back to let me know that. Anyways, now I'm mad and they said they'd tell their manager to call me... I waited 3 days! This is the 4th day I've been waiting and when I called them at around 4:32 PM today, they said I got transferred to AFTERHOURS and I had to call back. Now I'm furious because they DON'T CLOSE UNTIL 5 pm. How in the world could it be after hours already? Anyways, my step dad told me to just let everyone know that they don't like to fix problems; they just like to take your money and ignore you. Keep your money safe and go get a soda somewhere else. They aren't worth it and until I see some change; they never will be.

They're OK but it must be a Union shop. They are a no hurry to get you unloaded.

They are very Rude with truck drivers also no bathroom for drivers very slow for unloading and loading management need to figure out thease normal things

Good evening. I thought for a while before writing this message. I don't want it to come off wrong so I wanted to truly think my words through. But when I sent this in a private email, it was ignored so I will share it here.In December, your company hosted a giveaway at the Pine Ridge Mall in Pocatello Idaho. They were giving away an Oculus Quest 2 Virtual Reality. The team there (absolutely wonderful) handed me a piece of paper to enter the drawing. They were very busy, running between people and handing out free prizes so there was no conversation between us. It is important to mention though that I am grateful for them.The part I write about is this: because they were busy, I was never told you must be present to win. Nor were there any evident signs. I simply entered my name and continued my shopping (part of which led me to stores outside of the mall). I got the call that I won the drawing at 3:59pm that afternoon. They asked if I was at the mall. I said "No" to which they let me know that I could not claim the prize and that they would move on to someone else.I get it, I was not there so I could not win. And it's not like I can't afford Christmas for my family. So it's not a huge loss (thought it was a huge bummer). But my struggle is this: I was never told I had to be there. I could only imagine if that had happened to ANOTHER family that was not as fortunate as me. To get the call that they won, then to have it "taken back" because they were not told they had to stay there to win. To think they would indeed be able to provide Christmas to their kids only to be told "No" like I was.I know this is not a huge thing in the eyes of a corporation but I would not be doing my part in creating a better world if I did not share how this made me feel.That said, I just want to thank you for reading this and I hope that it can be viewed through the eyes of someone less fortunate than myself (and hopefully you).I will continue to support your brand! PEPSI is/was/will still be 100% my only brand! But please be mindful in the future.

I'm curious if it's common practice for your drivers to turn into your driveway with oncoming traffic having to stomp on their brakes so they don't have an accident. There wasn't even a brake in traffic for him to think it was ok to turn! I would hope you would be more concerned with safety! My kids were in my var!
