We had an issue with my daughter's car and had it towed to Oswald's. They were amazing to work with. They ran the diagnostics and realized that our problem was very specific to the make and model and we would be better served to take it to a specialist. They found us the options we had near by and allowed us to keep the car in their lot until we could get in to the specialist mechanic. After everything was done it was a very expensive fix. I called Oswald's to pay what we owed them. Kevin could have charged us for the diagnostic, labor times, fluids used and the storage fees but instead he didn't charge us anything. A very kind act at a very tough time. Their customer service shows how deeply Kevin and the people at Oswald's are connected to the people in their communities. If it doesn't have to be handled by the manufacturer I will be bringing our vehicles to Oswalds!!

Professional and friendly, cleanest mechanic shop I've ever see also. However, they missed an absolutely massive oil leak when I asked them to do a look over of my vehicle. Edit: I called them later and there was a leak in the notes about my car, but it wasn't brought to my attention as a huge concern. I wouldn't have put any money into the car if I had known how bad the leak was.

I had a problem with our car, stopped by and they took a look and ordered the necessary part. When it got here, they fixed it quickly. Everything about the process was first class from the interaction with the staff to the quality of the work.

Tim was the best! They took care of our problems promptly professionally and went the extra mile to take care of us. They are always well informed and explain things in a no pressure easy to understand method. They are honest and never pressure you into unnecessary repairs and make us feel calm during the stressful process of repairing our car. Thank you Oswald’s!

I recently took my F150 to Oswald for some repairs, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Unlike many other shops I've been to, they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs or parts. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and they took the time to explain everything to me without being pushy.
What impressed me the most was their reasonable pricing. I felt like I was getting great value for the services they provided. They completed the repairs in a timely manner and had my truck running smoothly again in no time.
Overall, I highly recommend Oswald for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. I'll definitely be returning for any future automotive needs.

I ment to write this review quite awhile ago, but better late than never. Oswalds service charged me $90 just to "look" and screw around with my vehicle, without giving me a diagnosis. They called me while looking at my car just to tell me that they needed to charge me more money to diagnose my vehicle, all because they were having to work harder than expected to diagnose it. Very poor customer service! Not to mention I was never told I was going to be charged for a vehicle diagnosis until I received that seccond phone call. Most auto repair shops will diagnose cars for free! Then give you an estimate for repairs including time and labor. BE AWARE OF HIDDEN FEES before using Oswalds service.
Responce to Owners reply: You claim that I did not mention how unfairly I feel I was treated upon my time doing business with Oswalds Service "2 years ago". When Infact I did confront the service desk at that time "2 years ago" when I picked up my car that I was not happy that I was not informed that I would be charged a diagnostic fee. I was told at that time that I still had to pay it. That is why I have given Oswalds service a negative review "2 years later". I have no doubt that you have verry skilled and highly trained technitions and I do not blame them for the poor customer service I recived. I used Oswalds service because It was highly reccomeded by the company I work for. If at that time I brought my vehicle in and had been informed about a diognotic fee I would have been more than happy to pay it. But to have not been informed about a diognotic fee and then to receive a phone call a few hours later saying we need to charge you more for diognotic when you didnt know you were being charged in the first place is not right. It is a very unprofessional. Customers should always be informed about all cost that they will have to pay upon vehicle arrival.
