I'm disappointed with the service at this location. Any auto parts store I've been to, the employees are always willing to help, give advice, point you in the right direction. If you need your codes read, they will take the reader and use it for you. When I had my codes read here, he handed the code reader to me and didn't give any instructions. I had to keep going back out because I expected the reader would save the codes it pulled like I've seen them do when I've had codes read before, so I had to go back out and take a picture of the screen, then I had to go back out again because there had been multiple codes and I needed to press a button to get to the others. I don't mind learning how to use one, but it would have been nice to know before having to try multiple times or for them to help.When I've needed items, they just kind of point down the right aisle but wouldn't help us figure out which would be compatible etc and kind of blew off any questions we had. It's one thing to tell me you don't know, that's still good customer service, but he acted like my asking was an inconvenience. I just don't think I've ever been in an auto parts store with less assistance. Not necessarily a requirement I guess, but I've just never encountered that. They're not even busy the times we've been in either. It's usually just us in the store with two employees.This is the closest auto parts store to us, so we've been here several times and the dismissiveness has been the same across the board. They aren't particularly rude, but they aren't particularly helpful either. Most of the times we visited have been in the evening, so maybe their day crew is better.Anyway, it's not a bad store, but if you would like a little advice, confirmation, or assistance with your parts or tools purchases maybe try elsewhere.

Their manager Mandy is very unprofessional. She uses the r word as a slur despite having an autistic child herself, attacks people based on looks, and threatens violence when things don’t go her way over a post on Facebook. I won’t support a business that employs people, especially in management, who act this way

I usually have to take parts back because they are bad. Always get the lifetime warranty. I've gotten 3 ignitions for my Dakota. All were bad from the store. I need another one. Parts are cheap and bad quality.

This O'Reilly's is honestly the worst. they don't know what they're doing or selling, they have no interest in helping you and they'll sell you something so heavy with no way to put it in the back of your vehicle, let it sit on their dock for a week then laugh at you while you're trying to load it yourself.
