“UPack was great! It was timely & reasonably priced. Great communication with the staff whenever we had a question.
Two issues we ran into however. First, they would not deliver the trailer to our area. They simply said they don't deliver where we lived (maybe due to the mountain pass, but other truck trailers drive it). So we had to load a UHaul truck, drive it 50 miles and reload it into the UPack trailer.
The second issue was finding a storage unit where the trailer could be left for 3 days. UPack should have recommendations or companies they work with. We were totally on our own to find a storage unit that allowed us to leave a 30-foot trailer for days. (And UHaul storage units are absolutely not allowing it).
Otherwise, great people and we are super grateful we didn't have to drive a truck across the country ourselves.”
