Weirdest place.Guy working there blatantly asked us to lie, just to open a new account.Probably not a big deal.Either management puts them up to it, or they don't know what their employees are up to.Makes me wonder how many IF residents are 'affiliated' with the nonprofit org, Idaho PTA.Must be a bunch, since that's just 'what they do'.Hard pass.

We needed to re-finance. Even with decent credit, we were meeting resistance with doing so in a manner that met our needs. Mountain America met those needs. it was a a very pleasant experience!

I just wanted to say that Jared Braganza did an amazing job today on the phone. I didn't get the loan because of something I don't agree with, but he displayed great composure and communication while explaining to me that I wasn't approved. This level of Customer Service is hard to find, especially now days. I know there are people out there that probably abuse and beat up or treat people poorly in customer service just because they don't like the answers they get. He did everything he could and he also offered options. He did a great job! You should probably give him a raise!

Decided to make a change to Mountain America Credit Union and they were so helpful and attentive. Chris greeted me as I entered and he was at one of the counters so he came out and we sat and exchanged information. I think I am really going to enjoy Banking at Mountain America!
