I called the store looking for an iPhone 15 I tried to explain to this lady how I got strung along by the store in Blackfoot Idaho she hung up on me and after five more attempts would never answer the phone again this is unacceptable this is very unacceptable practice when a customer is on the phone trying to buy a damn iPhone 15 a very serious customer trying to find an iPhone 15 she hung up and five times would not answer the phone again and I never said anything crossed to that lady other than trying to explain to her how I got lied to at the previous store this is unacceptable behavior I wish they'd answer the phone so I could get a hold of management and or the owner and tell them how I was just treated I think I'll go to corporate with it now.. not to mention the fact that I've been with Metro 13 damn yrs!!! To get treated this way by TWO STORES IN THE SAME HR!!!..PERHAPS ITS TIME TO LEAVE METRO!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND METRO

Came in trying to get a new phone for a family member. Having no idea what we would need to do. We drove in from Jackson Hole almost 70 miles. Jasmine made sure we walked out with everything we needed, was EXTREMELY helpful and made the whole trip perfect! 10/10 would recommend!!!

i work next door to this store and they are always playing loud vulgar music later in the afternoon and evening. i called to ask if they could just keep it down and the lady was so mean and laughed and then turned the music up louder. absolutely awful.

Metro is okay. Sometimes, you can get a good CS person, but then there are other times. They do false advertise, however. When they say they go by your past history of payments, thats completely untrue. I've been a customer for over five years and have NEVER been late with a payment. They won't approve me for a $150 phone, but when a new customer walks in, they just hand the phone over. The gentleman at the store told me he didn't care if I had been there 10 years. They're good at first but not for long.

Tried getting a line for my grandpa and they tried to rip me off with a free phone telling me my total out the door would be $200 when in reality we did the math and it only came out to like $110...they said accessories were free but that's not true. Don't fall for it. We asked the girl to break it down for us and she couldn't explain it to us.

They we so helpful and very fast i have been with metro for many years and the costumer service is always amazing i recommend them to everyone i know. And prices are great and the phones are great quality. The staff is always so friendly and helpful
