I called and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived for my appointment it had been canceled (supposedly by me) and they had no openings.Employees were polite at least.

I got a membership in the new year and have loved it! Massages have been great and very relaxing and enjoyable. The facials are really good as well I would recommend either service to anyone.

I just got charged a $46 cancellation fee. My husband had got me a massage as a gift. I normally do not like to cancel it the last minute but it has been snowing literally all day and my husband had surgery yesterday and wasn't doing well. I called and canceled an appointment that wasn't until 7:30 at night. When I called, I found other person I was booked with would have given me a substandard massage cuz she only does light pressure massage and I need medium to deep pressure. I talked to Maddie and we reset the appointment with someone who could do a better job. At no point in time during that entire 15 to 20 minute conversation did she tell me that there would be a fee for canceling or rescheduling my initial appointment. She called back a few hours later and told me there would be a $35 charge to cancel the appointment. I was mad because if I had gone I would have gotten an expensive yet substandard massage even by her own admission, because she's the one that told me that Christy who I was booked with only did light pressure massage. I was upset but she was just like too bad this is what we charge. Then my charge card alert went off and they charged me $46! I called her back and she was just like oh yeah I just told you the wrong number, too bad. I think this was really bad customer service, and it was very upsetting considering that between the snow and my husband there's no way I could make it this evening and if I had I would have had a lousy massage from them anyway. I canceled my rebook appointment and I will find someone else that cares about their clients to give me a massage.

Wow! Something really great is happing to this place. I've been going monthly for a couple of years and whilst my therapist has always been first class I've noticed the staff look and feel happier especially the guys at front. Really warm and welcoming. Will be booking in for a chemical peel (supposed to make me look younger!) as they added more skincare services recently. Will let you know how I get on!! Update Dec 2023:great medium - deep pressure. Need to get here more often but live down in AZ now.

I paid for a year membership and was excited. The day I joined the owner Faved Malik was there and thanked me for joining and said if I ever needed anything I could call him. Fast forward 10 months later. This has been one of the worst experiences in customer service that I have ever received. The massage therapist Brent is fantastic but that is the only positive interaction I have had. I called way ahead to make appointments for the evening because I work during the day. I would schedule the appt and then they would call back right before the appt and cancel because they double booked me. They would try to reschedule a daytime appt. I had told them multiple times I work during the day.I would schedule two appts at a time on occasion and wouldn’t receive a text confirmation and then it turns out there was no record of my appt. This happened four times. Then again they would try to make it right and offer a daytime appt. Also it was extremely difficult to get an evening appt without calling two months prior.I received monthly coupons for free upgrades when I joined. I would schedule the upgrade with my appt. A week before they would text me and ask if I wanted to pay for an upgrade even though it had already been scheduled. This happened almost monthly.In early October 2023 I went to an appt and asked the girl how many massages or credits I had. She said one. So I said ok so my membership will have been completed at the end of October and she said yes and assured me that my card wouldn’t be charged again and my membership would not renew. When I called to confirm my appt at the end of October, they had no record of it even though I had sat right there and entered on my calendar while speaking to the employee. By this time I was frustrated and asked her to refund me for the final massage I had paid for. At this point she informed me that I had three massages left, not one and I was locked into my membership until February 2024. I asked to speak to the owner. The girl said she couldn’t give out his number. I asked her to have him call me. She said ok. It has now been a week and I have heard nothing. I was also told that the manager would look into it and I have heard nothing. Still waiting…. I am in the customer service business and this has been a nightmare. It was supposed to be a stress reliever but it has been anything but. Normally don’t give poor reviews but I gave them a week to follow up. I just want to cancel and be reimbursed due to lack of terrible service.As of 11-3 the owner called me back and refunded my fees and immediately cancelled my membership. He also apologized and offered me a free massage. I passed on the service but thanked him for his response. He had been out of the country and would have responded earlier. He apologized that his staff didn’t tell me that when I called the first time. Owner is a good guy and took ownership of the issues and made it right.

From the moment I entered Massage Envy I was greeted by very friendly, professional staff. "D" my masseuse has a beautiful, calming voice, which is relaxing in its own way. Being a professional skier I have numerous aliments which D administered to; she found scar tissue, broken bones, and swollen joints, massaging and working on those areas until the hurt was minimized. I highly recommend this business for any aliment you may have; I will visit Massage Envy upon my return to the Ammon/Idaho Falls area. Thank you to the professional staff there...

I was given a gift card for ME and went today. I filled out what areas I wanted them to work on and then again they asked before they began. After being wrapped in a sheet and blanket I felt like a burrito. When she massaged my leg they cover up everything except the leg and then cover up again. When the right arm gets massaged the left is covered. Made for a very weird and un-enjoyable massage. At several points she just put her finger on my back and waited about a minute or 2 to pass. No pressure and I was confused on what exactly she thought she was doing. It did nothing for the pain but did waste a lot of time.They massaged none of the areas I wanted them to massage and spent most of the time on my back which I didn't want done at all or very little at most. My pain areas in my legs and lower back. What a worthless massage feel so scammed and no better than before I went in. I've been to hundreds of massagers across the country and this takes the cake as the 2nd most pathetic massage I've ever had. I generally tip $150 to all my massagers. I gave nothing here as a tip and I still feel taken.Update: ME contacted me and wanted to do it right. I agreed to come back in for a 2nd massage, this time for free. I had, I believe her name was KIM massage me. WO! What a big difference. Went from very light pressure of my previous massage there (almost no pressure at all) to border line painful, but boy did it help the pain when it was done. She massaged my legs deeply and w/hard pressure. I would still choose to not be on under 2 layers of blankets but the level of massage was great. I would consider coming back again in if i needed a massage in Idaho Falls. I travel a ton and see at least 2 massagers a month and while i still prefer a different approach and prefer some of the Asian massagers that snap your fingers, slap your shoulders to draw blood to the surface, and stand on your back with their feet, ME is a good next choice and I do appreciate that they tried to make it right. Tipped her $100 this time and I feel it was well deserved. Thank you.

Highly impressed with the staff of this place, I came in with some questions and Savannah and Ashley at the desk were great help. They were very knowledgable and kind. Wonderful to see smiling faces as you walk in the door.

Veronica is amazing! She really knows what she is doing and has great communication skills. For the first time in a long while I was able to stand up straight without pain and get relief and mobility in my shoulder. Its been a while since I've felt that good. This is a great place to go, I highly recommend!
