I've visited this dealership 4 times and haven't made a purchase. My last visit I had a polite and respectful salesman. But when it came time for math, the price of the new truck and the trade value they offered for my truck, I saved $11,000 by driving 15 more miles to the North. Not an exaggeration. They offered me $18,000 for my trade, I sold it myself for $24,000. The discount the smaller dealer gave me on the new purchase, I didn't even have to ask for it.

If you want your differentials and transmission over-serviced so you end up with problems on the side of the road, I highly recommend you bring your car here for "service".

We recently purchased a new truck! Our salesman Andrew W. was wonderful! He is friendly, knowledgeable and working with him made everything go smoothly. We will definitely be back to see him when its time for another new vehicle. Ben K. was quick with doing the final paperwork. He is also friendly and doesn't waste your time. I would not recommend lithia Ford in Idaho Falls for anything! I took my car for a six hour repair that ended up being a full month before they got it done, always an excuse and always going to be the next car to be worked on. I will never go their again !

I found this dealership to be unprofessional. I had a purchase order for a vehicle I ordered at a price and when the vehicle came to the dealership they charged me $4000 over the agreed price with signed order. When we tried to argue the price they informed us that they had a waiting list for this vehicle and could sale it for even more and we had to make a decision. We waited two years for this vehicle. In that time we never dealt with the same sales person twice due to the high turn over. Any contact with the dealership had to be initiated by myself. They never contacted me to give me information or updates on my order. They support unethical sales practices and use extortion to get more money. If you have had similar experiences I would recommend filing complaints with ITD on their dealership number, BBB, and consumer protection. If you do business with them I would have an attorney review all paperwork.

I purchased a GMC Acadia from this place. I would not recommend buying a vehicle here!! By the time I was done, they had not honored any of the things they had advertised. It took so long that I was weary with the process, so I just didn't fight it at the time. To top it off, when I got into the vehicle to go home after it had been "detailed," it was still dirty! I made a complaint, but it was already past closing time, so they said I could bring it back at my convenience and they'd clean it. I came back within a few days. All they did was vacuum the floor! I had a case of water in the back, so they didn't even vacuum back there. I ended up having the car detailed by another company. Don't waste your time and money here!!

Jason the mechanic is a horrible hand.Pure laziness and acts like a child.We had made a scheduled check up on my truck and it sat right in front of his doors all day unnoticed.. when I ask him how he managed to miss the truck he starts screaming at me like a man child. This man needs to be fired immediately.

Terrible! Absolutely lacking in dependability. We are working on 4 attempts with this Ford dealer to get one problem solved. They have one excuse after another. Today after being told again the work could not be finished because their ONE and only diesel mechanic was out for a week...... took the truck home to find they didn't even fully attach the interior door panel on another thing they were working on.Run don't walk to another Ford dealer!

My Toyota stopped working. Not being from Idaho this place was recommended and I must say they were quick and very fair. Friendly staff as well. Prices are better than SLC. I have had issues with dealerships before, especially on pricing and time it takes to get a job done so both my wife and I were not initially excited about taking our car to a dealer but there was little other choice for a Saturday. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing work done on their car no matter the make.

Had my truck serviced at the Quick Lane today. After calling numerous dealerships none could get me in on short notice. Called and they said they would be able to get me a appointment with in an hour and a half. The staff was very professional and went the extra mile! Very satisfied!!!
