They are good facilities but a bit over priced. I can get one that is bigger with the pin access gate for $65 a month over their $110

Rented a unit and came back to drop off my first load of belongings and Noticed the motion detection light not working. I asked the guy that worked there if he would fix it and he said “well you’re the renter that’s not my responsibility.” Not that big of a deal but being that I had rented it 20 minutes before and hadn’t even put anything in it and with that kind of attitude about it, I would just not recommend this place.

I rent a unit here bc they have big ones here that hold a trailer. The rent is very reasonable. Nice people yo work with.

We got the storage unit in December and got everything out the following June. Everything was destroyed by mice. Our mattresses were eaten, out books were eaten, and everything was covered in mouse p**** We told them and all they said was"we've never heard of that happening before". I wouldn't use them ever.

One star for friendly staff and a price that compares to other storage facitites in the area. I have used other storage facitilites and never have mice made a nest in my towels or placed their droppings over my belongings. When we pulled our stuff out of Lincoln Storage, we had mouse crap and nests in our box of towels and a box of kitchen supplies. Gross! We were only there for two months and our stuff was caked in dust. We had to wash and clean everything. This wasn't a little bit of dust. This was like I drove down a dusty dirt road amount of dust. I have never seen this before at the other facilities I have used. We left 15 days before the end of the month. Thanks for prorating the month as we came in. But why not prorate when we leave? We would not use this storage location again, nor would we recommend it.
