$108 for "shop supplies" how can you justify charging 12% of the total bill for paper towels hand cleaner and half a roll of electrical tape. Nothing but problem with this POS t680. Every time it goes in for warranty work I end up spending $1400 for repairs related to but not covered by the warranty. Charging a flat percentage and not even informing people up front is just flat dishonest. But I'll be back as soon as this pile of garbage leaves me stranded again.

There for three days to fix truck only for the same codes to come back on after we were long gone from shop thanks techs. $6000 to not even fix problem.

Needed parts for an rv late at night. Parts counter was very busy. But he got the group of customers taken care of quickly. Got the repair parts and I was able to help my customer get back on the road again.
