My husband switched state farm representatives when he moved to Idaho Falls. Being from out of state he had to of course register his vehicles here in Idaho. This representative not only failed to send in the needed information for proof of insurance to the state once, but twice. Resulting in the suspension of his registration. When you tell a customer you are going to take care of something important such as this, it would be nice if as a business you actually followed through!
