Nice large, clean, well stocked store. Coupons are either only good online or exclude what you want to buy. Employees are ok on friendliness, but return policies are ridiculous- so much for no hassle returns, wait for the $25.00 restocking fee!

Staff looked bothered specially in the fabric section. I went up to one of the counters nobody was there to help but it didn't bother me. I put some fabric on the counter trying to decide how much to get before asking for help and this old lady came up to me with an annoyed face and said that was her cutting counter and I needed to move because she was going to help someone else. The lady that was getting the help said "oh no, its okay you can help her(me), she was there first". I looked at the worker and seemed more annoyed. All I did was put all the fabric I had in the cart back to where I got it from and left the store. I felt embarrassed like if I was doing something wrong and yes maybe it was her work area but she could've had a better attitude about it or offer me to use a different counter. This was in the Idaho Falls store. 5/23/24

Love the selection and honestly my favorite craft store, however my review is for the bathroom: this is the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen, and it smells worse than a horse stall. If that wasn’t bad enough, the water pressure in the sinks is far too high, so it bounces a fine mist of whatever filth is covering the bathroom.
This also is not new. I have always been less than impressed by the bathroom. The seat for the baby was folded down and I thought if my baby was here with me, I would pee my pants before I would use this bathroom.

Terrible customer service. We stood at the check out for 5 minutes, we made eye contact with the employees a few times no one came to help. When I went to ask them for help I was met with eye rolling.

If you go in the store the customer service is non existent. If you order online it takes forever to get even looked at. I placed an order online and 2 weeks later it still sits in placed status. Emailed about it with no response. Come on guys get it together. With other places to go you should try to keep your customer base.

Staff is rude especially in the fabric department and the assistant manager. She needs some training on professionalism. Don’t think it’s appropriate to be speaking about other customers on the sales floor. Love Joanns as a business and have never had an issue at any of their other locations.

The store seems to have a nice variety of supplies, but if you need customer assistance, don’t expect them to make you feel like you’re important. They don’t smile, and when you ask a questi… they give the impression that you are bothering them. They’re especially bad in the fabric department. from the time I enter the door until the time I leave, very rarely do I have any employee treat me as though they appreciate that I am a customer. Sure hope the upper management sees this comment because I really feel it would be beneficial to your store to teach your employees good customer service skills.

i ordered some fabric online, since my schedule is super full with work and school. but when it got to me there was obvious stains all over it. mind you, this never got to a store. there is no good excuse for it.this evening i tried to return it to the store. first i checked to make sure it was open so i wouldn’t have to waste an hour and a half traveling there. it said they close at 8pm. when i got there a couple minutes past 7, they were closed. they didn’t post that they would be closing early online, and just put up a sign on there door.not only did they give me a bad product, they had poor management with not posting it online. they wasted my evening

I have been a very loyal customer of this store for many many years and have always loved it. This store has gone steadily downhill for the last several years while more than doubling their prices. The store is filthy, it’s nearly impossible to find an employee that has any idea what they are doing, selection is poor. Today at checkout the young man that checked us out was more concerned with his fake fingernails than actually doing his job! So disappointed
