We will never come back to this jewelry store. We came in a week ago and wanted to look at men's wedding bands. There was a man and a girl working. I don't know the man's name but he was tall and definitely a manager. The girl was really nice and helpful. The man was rude. Seriously made me walk out and feel horrible. We were not there to talk about my wedding ring. He asked me about it though, so I told him that we went with moissanite as the center stone. His reaction was ridiculous. He literally put his hand over his mouth and acted like we had done the most horrible thing by buying moissanite. We bought the best moissanite you can get in this country by the way and I did extensive research on it. I wanted a big center stone and guess what? Not all of us have 20 grand plus to pay for one. FYI a lot more people are buying moissanite these days and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Gone are the days where people want to spend thousands of dollars on a wedding ring. I would suggest to this manager that he do some better research and actually carry moissanite in the store as an option to those who can't afford a real diamond. Anyways it was wrong of him to make me feel bad about my wedding ring that I absolutely love. We probably would have bought my fiance's wedding band there, but we got out of there as soon as possible. He also put down ordering rings online. I mean he just seems very uneducated about what you can get in this day and age. I was told that if we bought a ring online, it would just break right away. Not true! I have bought some pretty great quality rings online that have held up through the years. This guy just wanted to put down anything other than what they sell in their store. Also their prices were a rip-off. They have absolutely no room to talk considering they sell cubic zirconia at their store.

Taytumn whitmore and Lora Markowski were so awesome!! They cleaned my ring, showed me possible wedding bands and also told me that they can custom made my wedding band!! Yayyy hehehe they were so fun and helped my friends find their dream ring!!❤️❤️

This place was quaint and elegant. The girl that helped us, Taytumn, was very helpful in showing us things similar to our description as well as offering to find out our sizes. She listened to what I wanted as well as what my My fiance wanted, we looked into some possible custom rings and got some pricing she was phenomenal.
My Fiancé and I were thrilled with the customer service and would recommend Jensen Jewelerd to anyone!

We loved our experiences at Jensens! Whenever we went in for ring cleanings the staff was so friendly and prompt to help you! We also bought some rings and earrings from the store and Kennedi was so helpful and knowledgeable! Amazing to work with! Would shop their again if we still lived in the area!
