JR towing kept giving me the run around on how I need a record of my vehicle to release my car from impound. I called the police and the records department and they had no idea what JR was talking about. The city had to call him and order him to release my vehicle. Ofcourse it was cash only to get it out, and his business address does not match up with where his lot is. Very shady company.

I wish I could give more than five star. Definitely a fan for life. We got really, REALLY stuck in the mud and not only did they get us out and undercharge us. When we finally got unstuck, we locked our keys in our car not even 2 hours later we just happened to run into them again by the grace of God, the unlocked our car for us for unimaginably cheep. On top-of being amazing professionals they are also very friendly and easy to work with.Services: Car towing

My mini van slid off the road into a snow pile. After a kind stranger tried to pull me out with his truck, with no luck, I was high-centered on the road and decided to call a tow truck to lessen the risk of damage to the car. I called around and JR towing out of Swan Valley seemed to be our best bet. Ron was a few hours out, but soon informed me- that had changed and he could come right away. He was quick, friendly, and didn't charge as much as he had originally quoted since it was a pretty quick job. He spared my car and I was able to drive away with no problem. The best part was that he had me follow him to a safe turn around spot, then made sure I made it to the end of the road without a problem before we parted ways. Friendly, fast, reasonably priced, and great service! Would definitely recommend!
