We were extremely fortunate to have InterWest assigned to us as our local mover for our military move to Idaho Falls. Kolton, Luis, Justin, Bridger and Rhiley worked incredibly hard and had a great attitude all day. 5 stars isn’t enough for how much of a help this crew was. They unpacked and assembled our furniture with care; there wasn’t a single scratch on our things or the house. When we had questions about the status of our shipment, Tabitha, Jessica and Christina answered the phone promptly and went out of their way to get the information we were looking for. The team from Interwest were phenomenal, not only were they very careful packers but also efficient. Kolton B. Was in charge both days and kept a close watch on his team. The first day Marcy B packed the bedroom which had many boxes of China, photos and books. Nathaniel worked in the study and Kolton packed the “ high value” pieces. Second day Andrew H although slight had amazing strength and speed, while Thomas P loaded completed boxes onto the van. All went smoothly and I was impressed with their work.
I can definitely recommend this dream team to anyone needing help with a removal. Thank you all.

Kolton, Andrew, Luis, and Rhiley were all very professional, personable, and easy to communicate with! Moving can easily turn stressful but they were so easy to work with that they made it not feel stressful. They were accommodating and helpful and our experience with InterWest Moving and Storage was great. We are so thankful for the efficiency and professionalism! I would highly recommend this company.

We relocated from Albuquerque, NM to Idaho Falls, ID and Interwest Atlas was the mover contracted by the relocation company. We had a 1800 square foot house and a car to transport. Interwest would be doing the pack and load and then delivery to our home in ID. Communications were always clear and we were kept in the loop the entire time. The day before the pack and load, Americo called and let me know how the day would go. He was friendly and professional and assured me everything would go smoothly. His team arrived at the designated time and got down to work. The entire team was friendly and skilled at what they did. I have never seen a crew work so efficiently, always taking care and respecting our belongings. The pack and load took 2 days.
A month later, once we closed on our home in ID, I worked with Kylie to schedule a team to deliver. On the designated day, the team arrived and they were just as efficient and friendly as the load team. They were more than helpful to locate our belongings in the right places. Again, the team worked hard and were done in about 4 hours. Once we unpacked, we let Kylie know and Interwest came and picked up the packing materials.
I simply cannot say enough about how good the experience was. Moving is disruptive but Interwest took a lot out of the worry out of the process. Kylie was amazing helping coordinate the entire effort. All of our belongings arrive safe and sound. No breakage, no lost boxes. I wish all things in life went this well!

Dan, John, and Kylie were wonderful to work with - just great. They considered all the concerns that we had in moving my son's stuff to Seattle and performed admirably. I would definitely recommend that you consider working with these folks if you need reassurance that your belonging and concerns will be greatly handled with care!

InterWest Idaho Falls was AMAZING! I had a multi-step, multi-load, multi-day move that was handled by Christina, Maygen and their teams flawlessly. The customer service was fantastic, communication great and my furniture and belongings arrived on time and in good condition. They were flexible with dates and were able to accommodate a last minute delivery time that allowed me to move into my house earlier. I just don't have enough good things to say about them. Highly recommend.

This is our families seventh move and by far has been one of the easiest moves yet. While we couldn't always afford movers, this move was well planned and made more affordable by InterWest Moving & Storage. The flexibility they have built into their process to allow the homeowners to pack and prep as much as they want saving money when and where possible, it was simply a great experience that might not be for everyone, however it really made a difference to us. Given our experience moving, within a month, we also decided to utilize their services a second time. This was to relocate a family member so that we could all live under the same roof. That move went just as smooth ... If you are considering a move of any kind, I would highly recommend reaching out to the professional staff at InterWest Moving and Storage to see what they can do for you. The team is top notch and very knowledgeable and efficient at what they do.

Adam and Kolton were very friendly and did an awesome job. They were very thorough and made sure to check in with me to get clarification on certain items to be sure it should be packed or left out. I would absolutely recommend these two for your moving needs.

InterWest did a fantastic job of packing up and loading my entire home for storage in Idaho Falls until I can move into my new home in 3 months. They were flexible with move dates, the crew was polite and efficient, and the crew chief, Kent Thompson, kept them all organized. I had previously used a local Jackson mover but he was unavailable. I strongly recommend InterWest.

I used InterWest as the collection point for our desgn project. We drop shipped furtniture, fabrics and lighting fixtures to them for storage. They inspected each shipment for breakage, and in all cases of breakage we were able to return the item for a replacement. Such a valauable service! They then delivered all the items for the decorating install. Also, the accounting team was super responsive and helpful. Five stars all around!!
