I wouldn't use them unless you have to. They know that they are not supposed to shut off any gas lines from november to march in idaho if there are children in the home. They do it anyway and demand they need extra money to turn it back on.

What do I like about this gas company? Well, it's hard to compare to others since they are the only gas company I know of that provides natural gas. They understand if your budget is tight and will make arrangements with you to pay in installments.

In a phone call about a month ago, I let the agent know we were waiting on approval with Idaho Housing or EICAP to pay the bill. It does not appear they made note of it: a representative came to our apartment to remove our name from the account today. Bottom line - I am not too pleased.

Have had service from the company for decades. They have been easier to work with than the electric company. We needed new service to a shop building they seemed happy just to have the new business. Didn't charge for the installation of the new line/meter. Got the work done quickly and efficiently.

No matter how many times we set up a landlord agreement, when a tenant moves out Intermountain Gas shuts the gas off. Then they have the audacity to tell us we didn’t have a landlord agreement.

Have had them twice now at different apartments. Literally nothing but good to say. I mean all we had to do was schedule the service, heat was on when we got to our apartment, after two years the only contact we’ve had was to schedule to cancel as we are moving out of state. Never had any issues and the people were very nice over the phone each time we have called. Price is very good and great service.

Moved out of a place a YEAR AGO (2022) in January I paid the January bill but I got charged for February??? When I didn’t even live there and I CALLED to get my name off of it apparently they didn’t do it correctly or whatever but then I just got a text today saying I was sent to collections NEVER in my life have I EVER been late on a bill or been sent to collections SHAME on you guys for never even emailing me or attempting to call me to let me know before you sent me to collections 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

We moved in to our new apartment on the 22nd of the month, we are both on disability so we don't get paid until the 3rd of each month, so then we discovered we are being charged a late fee every month! I have told them I don't get paid till after that date and they refuse to work with me. So I pay the "late fee" that we agreed on and then I get get a letter from in the mail on the 17th (Friday night) ilSaying "(final disconnect notice) pay the 20and they are closed today the 20th

Seriously horrible new home owner, thought Idaho falls utilities handled everything in my neighborhood. This is the gas company that handles my area. They shut my gas off in winter time on a Friday. They are closed on weekends and “can’t” start a new service until Monday I found out after contacting the emergency line. This is an emergency I have kids and now won’t have heat or hot water all weekend. No notification left for me on my door, no person knocking letting me know what was going on and had to find out my gas was locked and pinned after hiring an HVAC company to inspect my furnace. Thanks for having no professional curtesy or desire to help. Much appreciated
