“Scott Bowen sat down with me to answer a few questions I had about a couple of my policies. I initially told him it would be a 20-30 minute appointment because everyone is busy these days and he probably had lots of other things to do. Well, more than TWO HOURS later, we finished up for that day. (We had a couple other appointments in the following weeks to tie up loose ends.) He spent so much time with me over the course of those appointments answering all kinds of questions I had (the more we talked, the more questions I thought of), was very patient with what probably seemed like silly questions to him, and really helped save us a LOT of money on those two policies. I was very impressed with the experience. Additionally, on the occasions that I have dealt with his staff over the phone, I have found them also to be very helpful. It seems there is a really good team in that office.”
