We moved to the area 20 plus years ago. Five or six years ago It was time to have her ring inspected for wear and tear. One jeweler across town said it needed $600 of repairs. For a second opinion I took it to Ingram"s. They said it was fine. Haven't been to any other jeweler since. At Ingram's I have always been treated not just in a fair and honest way but treated with extra care, concern and service. I would not think of going elsewhere, not even for another second opinion.

I dropped my ring off to be resized, they told me about two weeks, but to my surprise, they messaged me the next day to inform me my ring was ready for pick up. Not only did they have a quick turnaround time during a busy Valentine’s Day season, but they also had cleaned my ring. Apparently the jeweler was working all night to ensure all customers were taken care of. I will definitely be revisiting Ingrams in the future! .

Went in to have my watch band adjusted and they did it for free while I ran off and did an errand. I didn't even buy the watch there. Great customer service. You can't beat free.

I can not say enough great things about the men at Ingrams. Over the last 23 years they have custom built rings, special ordered rings, repaired damage, recut diamonds and replaced stones for me and my entire family. Their kindness and dedication to their customers is unlike any other business Ive ever worked with.

I had my two wedding rings resized here. I also had a crack in my husbands ring repaired. All 3 rings were done in under a week! They fixed them perfectly! They also were able to reshape my ring that a previous jeweler “reshaped” after it was smashed in a door. The shape of my ring is perfect now and I can’t even tell it was damaged before. Will definitely use their services and purchase from them in the future!

Incredible service! I worked with Richard and Rob and it was a great experience from start to finish. I had no knowledge on anything jewelry and they took the time to explain my options cost breakdown and order process. The best jeweler in town! Stan and Rob treat their customers with sincere kindness. You know that you are getting quality and receiving honest information. This is the only place I will ever buy jewelry. It's nice to know that you can trust the person behind the counter is giving you good information on something that will last a lifetime. I don't know a lot about diamonds so I rely on the information they give me. Their high standards for customer service are reminiscent of the old hometown community of previous generations.
