I debated on posting this but after reading several similar experiences, felt like it needs to be said again to document that Debbie needs to find a new career path. I’m extremely disappointed that after several negative experiences and reviews by multiple people, she is still there.I’d like to add my experience that Debbie is extremely rude, definitely an ageist and I’d believe the racist reviews left against her. She picks and chooses who she wants to ID and makes incredibly inconsistent decisions.Her customer service is non existent and no respect or regard for others. I will not go back to this location. She doesn’t deserve to have as many chances as she’s been given.

I entered the liquor store and witnessed Debbie yelling at another employee. She was extremely aggressive with her tone and wording, while the other employee just kept apologizing and stating she understood. Debbie then rang me up and was extremely rude to me. She accused me of coming to the store already (it was like 11:30, they had just opened) and was overall unpleasant to be around. I’ve read through the reviews and see that this is not the first negative review about Debbie. I’ve contacted the district manager and he said he would talk to her, but at some point something needs to be done. I will not be returning to this location and will encourage my friends and family to visit other locations as well. Everybody has bad days, but Debbie is ALWAYS angry and rude. The customers do not deserve her attitude and neither do the employees.

Stopped here to grab some new crown with my boss and the manager "Debbie" was very rude and wouldn't sell her a bottle. As per she's been very rude everytime I have stopped there. I will make sure to drive the extra mile to the liqour store on 17th street. Always greeted with a smile and very very friendly help. Alway willing to go the extra mile.

I’d just like to acknowledge an outstanding employee. Shaylee is the reason I come to this store. She makes the difference between other locations; always friendly, remembers customers and makes coming into this location worth the drive. She’s informed on products, attentive, and personable. As well as other employees on nights. Much more cordial and professional than the blonde lady on mornings sometimes.
