Gordon and Joshua were very helpful. They took their time and were very patient helping my husband and I find a mattress we could both agree on. They are very knowledgable about the products they sale and they are trained sleep specialists to ensure it’s the right fit for you. We love our new bed and I would highly recommend!

I've been to the Lincoln and Woodruff locations several times in the past month or two. We were shopping for new beds for several people in my family. Travis, Gordon and Mitch were very pleasant and helpful. They helped us decide what mattresses and adjustable bases would accommodate our needs. I'm very happy with my new bed.

We are so grateful for the mattress buying experience we had at this particular store. Gordon was especially knowledgeable about the variety of product vs individual sleep needs, he was welcoming and very friendly to us and helped us find the perfect bed and frame for our budget. Travis and Mitchell delivered our new bed in perfect condition, timely manner and also very friendly. I had originally gave this place 5 stars after my initial dealing, but these guys will tell you whatever you want to hear to sell you a mattress. We decided to go with the most expensive in house brand they had because Travis pushed the 20 year warranty. Well when it finally came in and we picked it up and they had gotten ALL their money, NO PROOF OF ANY WARRANTY. They would not give me one single shred of ANYTHING to say it had a 20 year warranty, and I was told after going back and forth with the guy who was on the phone with Travis, that 'that was just the way it is'. So what happens if I need to take advantage of that 20 year warranty? No one knows. I tried looking up Sona Bella Bliss and NOTHING. There is no warranty. I was taken, they probably saw me coming a mile away, being I like to believe that people in general would be better than that. Don't be me, go ANYWHERE else!!!!!

My wife & I went to get a new king bed. Mateya was FANTASTIC at helping us find the perfect bed. She was very informative, professional & kind. She makes a great salesperson & are glad she was on shift to help us find our mattress! This is our third mattress we have bought from here for different beds in our home & they have all been wonderful! Now, hopefully we get to win that free weighted blanket!

The service was great! Mateya helped us pick a great mattress and she helped us get it the same day. They have many options and, compared to other stores we visited, they have very affordable prices. Mateya was always attentive to what our needs were and she wanted us to have a good mattress to rest that night. Everyone should ask for her when going to the store!
