During the holidays or anytime. Do not pay for priority shipping with USPS. They suck big time I sent and paid for 2day delivery both packages were to be delivered on 12/04/23. One was delivered today the other will not be delivered till Monday the 11th or 12th. How many days is that? 10 days from the shipping date. I called they said they do not guarantee the shipping unless I paid for express delivery. I did pay for 2 days on both packages. They do not give a rip. I asked the rep if I could get a refund on the shipping to normal postage. He said they don't do that. They suck. Big time. I went to the Local Post office the line was out the door with one person working. The local UPS store has no line with 12 people working big difference no more USPS ever. As long as I'm on a rant I ordered a set of golf clubs from Japan. When they did get to the USA. They went to Chicago then Florida then back to Japan not here in ID. They were reshipped by the shipper and did finally arrive. Never again will I use USPS again. It's ups & fed-ex from now on. Feel free to repost this.

No one ever answers the phone for the passport office.called for weeks now and after the phone rings it goes to the busy sound....worst place to ask for help or questions...you're better off calling the main passport office in Philadelphia. Also when u show up no one is ever in the office....they seriously need to hire more people that are Competent in that field of work.

DISGUSTING SERVICE...They were supposed to deliver a Christmas gift 12/21. I guess it got too late at 6.45pm and blamed it on a natural disaster so they changed delivery to 12/22. Well a little snow on the ground that DID not ever stop UPS or FED-EX stops USPS delivering. I called 18 times 12/23 and was disconnected every time. I called again 12/28 after still receiving no mail and was told they would have to drive by and take photo's to see if we were able to have mail delivered as they put us on a mail hold. We plowed every bit of snow away from all around our property on Christmas Day. Today 12/29 we got letters but no parcels that were due last week. I have just called IF post office again 18 times and was disconnected every time again.....

They don't know how to give us the correct mail or lock our mailboxes and mail is constantly stolen because they forget to simply lock the mail boxes

Post office will be opening their office again for passports this Friday, March 9, 2018
