I drove 150 mile to get this blue couch and loveseat.when got there no blue couch.as promise we would hold it for.It wasn't there, they sold it. so we ended up with a gray couch.My son gave the guy a down payment and he never appiled it toward the financing..This company is rip off

we purchased a sectional from this store, it has a three year warranty, its been falling apart since we got it, the owner has agreed to come check it out many different times, we have not seen or even heard from them, the warranty is now up in August 2023, we will be calling the better business bureau soon, this is so not cool, will not be buying from them again unless they get this taken care of !!

We really appreciate the customer service we received from these guys. My sister has been having major health issues and they worked with us to find the correct mattress for her even though their business lost out on money doing so. They put their customers before everything in that instance. Thank you very very much for doing that!

They were helpful but not pushy, and when a problem arose (wrong label/what we wanted wasn't available) they made it right and went above and beyond. We had a fantastic experience here. Our kids were welcomed and everyone enjoyed the experience.

We bought a couch less then a year ago and realized the arm was really loose when we got it. Took us months to get the warranty replacement and a constant bugging the company to get it done. Couple of months with the replacement and the back board came loose and started pushing through the fabric. Called over a month ago and was told they would need to talk to the manager and never got back to us! So here we are again calling and getting the same answer of needing to talk to the manager.Customer service is a horrible, warranty is a joke, and furniture is cheap. I would highly recommended staying away from here and spend a little extra somewhere else for better service and quality! We are going to make a BBB claim as well!

Check this place out before you buy anywhere else. No pressure sales people, much lower prices than the lower quality stuff sold in Shelley (been that route, no more) and less money for Lane furniture than the bigger stores here. Next day delivery for a very reasonable price! I’ll be back to buy a recliner very soon. Talk to Debbie!

We bought a good amount of furniture from Idaho Falls Furniture Direct. They have a great selection and it’s all in stock for at awesome prices! We had an item missing hardware and instructions and they were super awesome and took care of it for me! I will be buying more from them in the future. They were great!

We purchased a mattress 2 years ago loved it and the price. Purchased one today and they went out of there way to make sure it was delivered today. They are very transparent about pricing and pricing is fantastic! (Also very laid back place and not pushy) will be purchasing again and referring friends and family.

Horribly unprofessional. I came here on my lunch break to look and see furniture. The sign is flashing 'open. Their hours state that they're open at this time. Yet the door is locked. Tried knocking, nothing. Tried calling, got a voicemail. Wasted my time coming to this place. They couldn't bother with a note or anything to say that they're temporarily closed. Never again

Poor customer service when I brought my kiddos with me. They did sit and try out several different couches, but were not "all over".The dresser I bought just a year ago is falling apart. Very poor quality.Also, the store needs better organized. We could hardly make our way around to see what they had. No isles.Again... Their feet were on the floor the entire time. We visited other furniture stores that day where we were treated with a lot more respect. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on and encouraging family and friends to do the same.Criticism and harassment online doesn't help your business.

We have bought two couch sets and a rocking chair and three dressers. The pricing is great the service is informative and not pushy at all!! The furniture is good quality and durable. I have four kids and all the material has held up perfectly. I highly recommend them for all your furniture needs!
