Been with iccu since they opened up here in idaho falls. Then today I'm looking at my savings account, and they charged it $5.00 for a "returned mail fee". They didn't even say anything, how long would they have just kept charging that account without saying anything, till it was empty? Very disrespectful. Considering taking my business elsewhere.

Facility was clean and nice, teller was a nice guy. It only took a few minutes for him to get the items I needed.Parking was so-so, but I imagine they would normally encourage using the drive-through.

I'll never do vehicle stuff with this bank ever again! Go here at your own risk! Be careful or you'll just pay double for something you'll never get to keep an it all happen at the end, test your luck....Not looking good to say the least!Save everything an watch your a** if your here!Response from owner is the nicest an most helpful this bank has ever been for me.Feeling like I should posted sooner when all this happened. Get names people an write down dates thats all I can say.

Checked in with a teller once I got here and mentioned I was looking to refinance a vehicle with them. That all whent smoothly and I sat in the lobby, told it would only take a few moments and id get helped. Well over an hour later I was still sitting there, even had an employee take back another customer who had arrived after me. Not one employee said a word to me. I enjoy banking with iccu but Very disappointed with the "customer service" at this branch. I'll go to a different branch and hopefully get a better result.

I'm sure this place is racist I just came in to open an account and they acted like i was very suspicious and i sat down with a finicanial officer to open an account she was rude. Short with her answers and had a terrible attitude, you have no idea how hard it is to not get upset while getting treated like that On top of that all my personal information was never updated correctly.
