I accidentally drove the rental car over one of the cement stops and landed on it requiring tow service. The rental car company contacted Hooked Up Towing. Dennis the man arrived and saved the night as this happened after I was leaving the restaurant where I had dinner. He had me out of there in 10 minutes, and was very considerate of the situation considering how annoyed I was thinking I could pull forward not seeing the stop because it was positioned at an angle.
Dennis is a perfect example of excellent customer service and satisfaction. And I was left with the same feeling about Hooked Up Towing after speaking with his manager on his behalf. If you get a tow from Hooked Up.

These guys were great, I had one tow truck company come that couldn’t get me out. These guys came with the right equipment and knew what they were doing. Dennis and Shandon were nice, professional and made my evening a lot better!!

Hit some really bad black ice and slid into a ditch. So grateful for the amazing service. Dennis was a huge help and was super good at his job. He let us sit in his warm truck which was a life saver! He stayed after and helped us get the car started since the battery died. Worked long and hard and we could not be more grateful!

Hooked Up Towing is the best around and Jeral is the man! Jeral towed our car at 3 AM when we hit a car on Pine Creek Pass and went above and beyond to arrange a time for us to grab all of our extra gear out of it the next day.
