“I just bought a Tuxedo car lift from Lowes. I was really impressed that it said free delivery. What I missed was that it also said...needs forklift to receive it from the truck....Ooops!

So, I got a call from Tuxedo making sure that I could receive the lift. Turns out I couldn't. Dang it!

Paul from Tuxedo ends up calling Lowes in Idaho Falls and starts the process of trying to get it delivered for me. Paul calls me back and said that the folks he talked with in Idaho Falls (he's from Texas) were so incredible. Burkley and Amber were out of this world!

I had to call Lowes myself and express my gratitude for helping me to get my item. This is exactly the reason I like to write reviews. Great people doing great things for other people. I've been a die-hard fan of Lowes ever since I worked at one years ago. I'll keep coming back.
