Great place to pick up home repair and construction products. Some policies have changed to where it is hard to return unused products and sometimes they don't accept returns at all. My time is valuable and I gues that is part of their decision to make returns cumbersome and time consuming.

We've been there a lot and spent a few hundred dollars. Most of the time, it is good, but occasionally, their customer service stinks.For example, the last time we saw over twenty employees, many huddled together and talked, but they did not ask us if they could help us.They'd look and turn away. Sorry, but that's poor training and expectations from management.

Austin in appliances was a rockstar when we came in Saturday. Despite a ton of people he got us in and out quickly and really knew his stuff. I was about to be frustrated when he swooped in - explained everything, scheduled our deliveries and did it all in a friendly professional way. Thanks mate! Great experience and great prices.

I bought a fridge from the Idaho Falls Home Depot on June 6 and received it on June 12th. Two hours after the delivery guys left the right handle fell off. I called and the manager, Barry, said he would come and look at it as he lives close to me. He came and said he would have to order the part. I said that would be great. It is now Nov.6th and I still have a broken handle.

Came in a hour before close, was assisted by two young gentleman working the self checkout. The first one was very helpful and friendly, the second was extremely friendly and helpful. Walked away a happy camper with a markdown on a damaged box. 10/10 costumer service, with a smile. Will be returning!

Drove 30 mins here to stand around waiting 20 mins for them to recut blinds that were not cut properly the day before. Asked 5 associates for help to have the last one tell me that the only person that can do it just went to lunch and wouldn't be back for 45 mins. What a waist of a morning.

The lack of customer service is terrible here. They have no communication to their customers about product that has been ordered. It's been damaged that has been refunded without the customers being told. I have never in my wildest dreams, thought that this mistake could've been made twice in such a short amount of time. It's almost as if the employees are afraid to talk to their customers. Businesses that don't update or take responsibility for their customers lose them to other places this is not because of the employee this is because management doesn't know how to drum the service and the value of that service into their employees. You can give the customer 20 30, 5070% off to make up for wrongdoings, but it's not going to fix the customers outlook of a shotty run business. I'm sorry, but I give it two tries. I'm not gonna give it a third. I'll go someplace else.
