“Okay first thing: Ryan Mullins helped us and he is beyond wonderful. We had so many questions, looked at so many couches before deciding, and had our toddler to handle throughout. Despite all that, Ryan was patient, kind, and addressed every concern we had. We ended up with a couch we’re really happy with at a really manageable price. PLUS a really decent warranty that they handle in-house (very cool because third party warranties can be a nightmare). We’d been couch shopping all day and were tired of it - I’m so glad we made one more stop here! Highly recommend :)”

She did everything she could to get me preferred sizes and colors….even extra large sizes.She also created some magnets for our customers, and I bought some fidget toys for my grandkids.Kristie is an all around fun, upbeat and friendly person to do business with.”

“Cute little store! Greeted every time I come in. Super cute decor! My only complaints are prices are a tad high, and plus size has maybe 6 things to choose from. I too would love those cute clothes!!! But there are other places that cater to my size so not a huge deal.”

“I went in for a friend to get some more fabric that she wanted. She didn't pick up enough when she was in a month ago, abd since it's a 3 hour drive from where we live and I was going to IdahobFalls, I told her inwoukd get her more. Instead if me fumbling around trying to find what she wanted, I asked one of the sales staff to help me. She could've have been more accommodating. She was also training a new employee so we both learned. I hadn't been to a Joann's for a few years but I will be making more stops here in the future when I'm in Idaho Falls or Missoula. Thank you Joann's for being so kind to me.”

“It's a cheap place to get socks, underwear, belts, hoodies, and stuff like that. They don't always have what your looking for because the stock is random but it's well worth checking because of the great prices.Just don't go on weekends if you can help it; it gets really busy.”

“I called right before they were supposed to close, but they stayed open late for me. Lyn's husband Jim was helping me look for what I needed, and when I wasn't sure I was going to find the right size, he called his wife to verify whether or not they had the size or what other options they might have that would work for me. We casually chatted while looking, and he was very respectful and kind. After going to several stores, I finally found what I was looking for. It is on the pricier side, and not normally within my budget, but the fabric of the items I bought is soft and beautiful, and so comfortable and versatile. The items are nice enough to pair with a fancier outfit, but comfy enough to want to wear them on the regular. I didn't have my kids with me for this visit, so I can't speak to the other reviews, but it was a great visit for me.”

“Designed Living is a hidden gem in Idaho Falls! Philip and Sheridan do it all from design to furniture and window coverings. They are very patient and do a great job of meeting their customers expectations while also managing the more unrealistic ones. ? You must visit the store and see the beautiful furniture for sure! Don’t be intimidated, many of their pieces are the same price you’d pay at some of the National chains. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
