Bought a water pump while out of town as our Honda went down. Got it to site, topped off oil (it had some in it) fittings and gas in it, turned on gas and it leaked horribly. Went back to the store about an hour later and they can’t do anything to help us. I have to fill out a form online then return it!
Edit: we pulled the bowl off the carb. Found it had no pin in the float. Found the pin in the box…they sold us a used pump….it should have been sold as open box….

They were great at helping me, it would have been 5 Stars but I could only get store credit for my never opened generator (over 550.00), it was over the 90 days. And I found out you can't get you $back on extended warranty after 90 days (lost 200).
Other than that they always have decent prices and tools.

Manager was very pushy about renewing track club. He insinuated that I only came in for the free stuff. I have bought many high dollar items. This is no way to treat customers.

I called for a tool but I'm a professional auto mechanic and they didnt have it. I'm definitely going to buy a triple bag Icon toolbox as they use thicker steel than Snapon for a small fraction of the price. Their ac power tools are very good but the cordless tools leave alot to be desired.
