Out of desperation I walked into Great ClipS a year ago and immediately loved my experience. The staff is wonderful and very very competent. I never did go back to my usual stylist. I expect a long relationship with the great team at Great Clips on Woodruff!

VERY rude stylists who don't do what you ask in terms of how you want your hair cut. The vast majority of the stylists there also allow their friends/!ppl they personally know & friends to cut ahead of you in line when you are waiting to get your hair cut. The staff who work at the location i went to are VERY callous, rude & unpleasant, not to mention, unprofessional. Save your hard-earned money & valuable time and go get your hair cut somewhere else where they actually CARE about their clientele

I always check in online, so my wait is short and it's predictable. Since I get the same haircut, they have notes so I don't need to tell them how I like it cut. Very convenient and the stylist are nice and efficient.
