I can't say enough about these guys at Giles and Johnson Auto Mart. We were dealing with an Acadia that is having engine issues, and looking for something to replace it. These guys had some great options that worked well for my family of six people. Alan worked really hard to get us financing that we can afford and worked it out. They allowed us to split up the down payment. I don't know if that's typical but we are able to do that which helped us out financially as well. We were able to get into a really great 2014 Expedition that my wife likes and my children enjoy. Whenever I look for another vehicle I will definitely look there first.

I've been skeptical doing business with car dealers due to the bad reputation they often have.With that said.....We heard that Automart was good and honest. So we decided to give them a try. I couldn't believe how incredibly honest and real they were!! They treated my husband and I with friendly professionism.They answered our questions fully and let us test drive the vehicles we were interested in trying.I feel as if they treated us like they would their friends and family. We now have a place we trust.?

Allan is who my husband and I worked with. He was fantastic! He helped us consign our truck, as well as trade in our car in exchange for a van. He was super open and honest about his vehicles. He went so far out of his way to help us and get us taken care of. I would definitely buy from him again.

Never again. First car broke down within 4 months gave them second chance nope I wish I didn't they don't check their vehicles at all. Van we gotten 6 accidents 10 recalls on it. Only reason I found out cause of my insurance company. You lied to me saving it was safe for my babies even after you took money from me naw your worst than Hampton auto yes I'll stay that you don't care about others families you care about money.

Seems like a very trustworthy dealership, but I wouldn't trust them. The biggest reason why, is because they LIED to me and probably every other customer that asks about their documentation fee. The salesman said that they are required by state law to charge it, but that is a lie. Idaho law does not force them to charge this. I'm not mad that they charge the fee, but I am mad that the salesman lied to me.We bought a truck from them and it has been OK but there were a few problems that came up right after we purchased the truck and they were unwilling to even help us with it.Find another dealership or be very cautious and assertive with them. They haft to charge every customer the same amount for a documentation fee, per state law, which is around $300 from them, but I would negotiate the sales price down by 300 dollars. Confront them on this and ask about all fees up front

Some very good choices. Dirt lot. Some old vehicles that appear to need work. But I stopped by just to look around on a Sunday when they were closed anyway.

My husband's engine blew in August. I have know Mark for many years. We went in and they went out of their way to make sure we had a safe and reliable vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate to go back or refer family and friends.

Not very personable (2010)Present 2020I am sorry for the confusion but on my phone that post is from years ago when my husband and I came and looked at a vehicle I wouldn't have anything bad to say on the car that we got it was a good deal running or not running. if anything you guys were great at accommodating him and being able to work around his busy schedule him being able to go out in the evening time to try and get that car going. I will include the date of the other comment so then that way nobody gets confused again
