Terrible and unprofessional. We ordered a kitchen set at around 4000 dollars in January. We were told it was a 4-6 week backorder. We could deal with that. It is now past mid-June and nothing. In fact, these people haven't reached out to me ONE time with a status update. And the 4 times I've called, I've heard the exact same thing. "It should be there the 1st week of April.....oh" (this was in may). A half-hearted apology followed with a promise to reach out and get an updated delivery time....none of which happened. It's obvious these people couldn't care less if you get your furniture after the initial sale. I've never experienced a business so bad. Will never be coming back. Buyer beware. Steer clear of this place!

Would never recommend this store to anyone. Went in looking for a sectional for my mom. She found one that she liked on the sales floor, but upon looking over the couch I found several tears. I told her that I was not comfortable with her spending $3500 on a couch with flimsy material. The sales person then continued to sell her a $200+ warranty that he said would cover the fabric if we were concerned. 2 months into owning the couch, it tore. I called to start a claim and they informed me that it was a warranty for stains. Well that is not what the sales person told my mom. My mom has also asked for a copy of the warranty she paid for, as she was never given one to begin with. I believe these sales people will say whatever they can to make the sale, even if it is at the customers expense. I told my mom we are never buying another piece of furniture from these lying sales people ever again.

This is our 3rd major purchase there this year. We meet a newer salesperson Devon that went above and beyond for us to help figure out what we needed. We got a great deal on the dining room furniture that we bought. Thanks again Furniture Row!

Worked with Angie at the Idaho Falls location. Angie was great to work with. Our requirements were difficult to find; light color, leather, non-reclining, sofa with a chaise.
