“I have seen some bad reviews, but my experience was very positive. My appointment was 0700 and was on a dock at 0700. I was loaded and out of there by 0750! The people were all friendly- especially the Mackem bloke! To add to this the fork lift driver came out before he started loading and asked if I was picking up elsewhere as he would load it differently, leaving room for my next pick up.All in all, exceptional service and all the docks were easy back ins.”
