I have had multiple awful experiences here.
Filling medications 1 day after another after I’ve asked for them all at once.
Filling a medication 2 days after I pick it up?
I called to get a medication filled and asked if I could get it tonight, and get it in a 90 day supply. I was told yes, and also that I could have it before closing. When I showed up, they told me that it was on order and I could pick it up on Monday. I told her that I was told I could pick it up tonight and she went and filled 30???!!! So, why it wasn’t ready, I have no idea.

I've been a long time patron of Fred Meyer Pharmacy. About 10 years I think. Well with Kroger anyways because I was with Smith's before. Anyways, they've always treated me well and I'm glad I choose them as my pharmacy.
Just had to share my experience a couple days ago on August 2nd. I was running behind throughout my day and on my way to the pharmacy. When I finally got there, I was actually 1 minute late and they were closing up. I needed a medication that if I didn't get that night I would not sleep. I walked up to who seemed to be in charge, the pharmacist working that day, and I saw he was closing up. I asked him if he was closing and he said yes. I asked him if there was a way I could get my medication. Though he was frustrated because he had just worked a 12-hour shift and he just wanted to go pick up his children, he agreed through conversation to let me through, just as long as I would make it quick. I was in and out in 3 minutes, and thanked him kindly on my way out.
I got the rest I needed that night and the proceeding weekend was a very enjoyable getaway vacation for me and a group of 10 friends. If he hadn't let me through, which was well within his rights, I would have not got any sleep that night and my whole weekend would have been thrown off. I want that pharmacist to know he was a hero for me that night. Thank you.

If it was easy to move my prescriptions to another pharmacy, I would. They are so unwilling to help. They'd rather you come back, stand in their huge line, every single day rather than help you try to get all of your prescriptions filled at once. All the women who work here, other than an elderly lady, are snobby and rude. I wish they wouldn't have closed Smiths because Fred Meyers is truly terrible. Plus you go into get your prescriptions and they don't even have good grocery shopping options so there's truly no reason to go here.

There is not enough employees to handle the volume of customers. Also I had to wait 2 hours for my perscription which was still not ready. So we had to leave without them. We live out of town and there should be someone who can handle the out of towners since we can't go home and come back later. Many of the people you have are rude and act like it is an act of congress to get a perscription.

In the mornings before noon, they only have 1 register open, long line, no one up front seeing how the check out is going, very dissapointed with the check out system, poor management for sure

My son sent me flowers for Mothers Day yesterday. He lives out of state so had to use a delivery service. The flowers arrived and didn't look all that fresh, kinda of wilted. Immediately put them in fresh water. Woke up this morning and they are dead! Why would a floral sept not use fresh flowers for Mothers Day. When I called the floral dept, they said they would replace the flowers but I would have to pay the $20 delivery fee. I refused and was referred to her supervisor. That amount was over her head so l was transferred to customer service. Disconnected. I called back and got customer service. Passed on to store manager. Disconnected. I have up. My son spent a good amount on these flowers. How sad I couldn't enjoy them. I blame Fred Meyers floral for sending old crappy flowers. And then just giving me the run around. Terrible! There are your five stars!!!

The employees are so rude they talk down to the customers, they do not ever want to admitt that they are wrong about anythinganything. My experience with the Fred meyer store in idaho falls is an actual zero.... I have been in several situations with their imployees and management where they have personally harrassed me, completely ignored me. Made it to where I left half of my groceries at their store to get looted bybtheir employees more than likely. They said they would make good on their mistake toward me. But no just more and more drama, and lies and disrespect. No accountability. Specific emplyees have even went as far as making very disrespectful degrading comments to me and my kids to our face in frlnt of other customers. Almost everytime I have gone into their store in idaho falls there is a problem created by yheir emoyees andand management if youtry to get them involved. This store in paticular needs to be renovated emplyee wise and management included. They are running their store down instead of encouring business!

Good place to find just about everything you need. From garden to clothing. The service is friendly in all departments. The food in the produce section is beautiful. The meat department has a good selection too.The store is clean, even the bathroom. Prices are a little higher than Walmart but worth every penny.

Sometimes FM has the best pricey for RX and sometimes not. I watched a tech filling a pill bottle while I was waiting g for my order. She dropped a pill on the floor. She, another tech and a pharmacist looked around on the floor for the pill. Finally they moved the garbage can and found the pill behind it against the wall. To my horror the tech dropped the contaminated pill into the bottle that she was filling. She didn't even attempt to wipe it off. I was speechless.

This pharmacy is so busy, but they work you through lines quite quickly. The staff are all friendly and efficient. Just wish they could blister pack meds. Great pharmacy.

I don't have insurance and always go out of their way to try to lower the price for me.They know me now as a regular customer.More like family here.

Everytime I have had an RX sent here there has been a problem. The female pharmacist has no customer service skills. Take your business elsewhere.
