There are definitely pros and cons to FleetPride of Idaho Falls. This time the Cons definitely out weighed the Pros. A major pro is that they get your rigs done in a timely manner. However this last time I brought one of my trucks in they performed the repair and told me one of the guys on my crew approved the repair, they didn’t know that the guy that went in only to grab some equipment out of the truck was actually my husband and no one there even talked to him about what needed repaired or quoted him a cost. So I called to get a quote and find out what was actually wrong and Brad told me it was a wheel seal but didn’t know a cost so he’d have Eric call me the next morning. Next morning rolls around and I ended up having to call Eric, he tells me it’s a brake line on the right side, I proceed to tell him they had just repaired that and when I took it to him it was left side leaking not the right. So I had him double check just to be on the safe side, it was the left leaking. They then quoted me between $300-$400, charged me closer to $500, so I asked why then Eric said that he actually quoted me $400-$500 and seemed like he wanted to start arguing about it. Listen there were a lot of mishaps this time around and it’s definitely got me thinking if that’s where I’m going to continue to get service on my Freightliner. Communication with customers is key!
