Jacob was a professional, knew what he was doing and did a great job removing my old system so he could installed a complete new heat pump and furnace system! He made sure everything was working like it should, answered all questions I had and made sure I understood how system worked and how to get the most out of it!

Cody came by to do an inspection of your plumbing for our home certification. He did a good job and we appreciate him.We have 4 inspections scheduled with Just call Jewel. Electrical, which was also done today and HVAC and wood stove that will be done on Monday.They were quick to come out when we called.We feel like we can recommend this place.

Delta called before coming and was early. He did a good job on my repair and explained clearly what was done and gave me an idea before he did any work of the estimated cost. He was very professional and easy to work with.

Subastain was kind and very helpful. He did above and beyond his job. He made sure all gas was hooked up and safe on my heater and made sure I knew where my gas valve shut off was. The cost may be a little more but the quality service was worth it.

My experience with First Call Jewel was a great one! From the estimate to the install. Zane was professional, on time and very helpful. Austin, called ahead to make sure we were ready for the install. Arrived on time, put up with my crazy dogs and was very professional. We were very happy with the whole process.

Scott helped us out tremendously! With no AC in late June and more than a few small kiddos home he fixed our problems quickly and thoroughly explained the problems we had going on! He was great! We will be calling first call Jewel from now on!

Brett and his apprentice showed up early. They knew exactly what was needed to get the job done. I had a very good experience with first call jewel. I specifically worked with Zane Igo and he was excellent. He was friendly and helpful, and did everything he could to get me the best system at the best price. He wasn't a pushy salesman and was very good at his job. I definitely would recommend using First Call Jewel to anyone.

The customer service at First Call Jewel was fantastic. I booked an appointment over the phone easily and within the next two days. Delta came to do a tune up on my air conditioning and to see if it needed any repairs as it wasn’t blowing cold air. He was thorough with his diagnostic testing to id with the potential problems and made sure the air was working in its best shape before he left. He followed up the next day to check to make sure everything was working properly. I’ve also asked this company to come provide an estimate on installing a unit since I’ve had such a positive experience. Affordable and dependable, I recommend them!
