“16 years I have gone through ICCU and today was a horrible experience in the branch. Jaci saved the day and gets the 5 stars. Isabel gets negative stars. I have a credit card that was new and the card would work, but the number kept saying it was bad. Jaci called card services, asked me some questions, finally they could see nothing wrong and said the only thing that might help is getting a new card. At this moment as I was showing Jaci what happened Isabel came over in the middle of it and tried to problem solve with things I knew wouldn’t work and card services understood would not work. As she continues I finally had to stop her as she was not even trying to listen or understand me. I finally decided to get a new card. Well guess what? It worked very good for what I needed. I have probably sent over 50 people to get accounts in my time and today I seriously began looking at others place to have my money. Poor management nearly lost the day.”

“Settting up a checking, savings, and credit card account was simple and straightforward. The staff have been polite, courteous, and energetic to work with. Facility is well kept and well maintained.I have been doing business with ICCU for the past two months; I have had no issues with viewing my balances via web portal, and transferring funds have been hassle-free.I'll update this review if anything changes, but so far I've been very happy with the service provided!”

“Let's be honest, the bank can be a very stressful and dreaded place to have to go to. Luckily the staff here are so helpful and kind with whatever issue you may have, no matter which person you get. I had a chance to speak with one of the specialists this morning (at least I think it was at this branch) and she was so super kind and patient! Her name was Maren Ward I believe and I hope she gets some recognition for her work and great customer service. I wish I could remember the name of the man I spoke with before her but he was also very kind and helpful. As stressed and tired as I was they quickly helped me solve my problem and made my day just a little better. Would definitely recommend this bank :)”
