We were looking for a suit for prom... Four days before prom. Yikes! We walked in and Dana pulled out 5 suits in my son's size ( he's a football player and lifts weights a lot so he a big guy! I wasn't hopeful!)!!! My son tried on his two favorites, Dana helped him pick a good tie, and we were able to walk out ready for prom in a total of about 15 minutes! Great price point and fantastic customer service! Highly recommend!!! We will be back!

This is quite a difficult rating I give due to the ease that the problems could be solved however given the state when I visited I must review honest and accordingly. The clothing they had available was nice in quality and the selection was great the mood was only slightly damped by the cluelessness of the employees it would be fit to say they got there employees straight from college and they know nothing although they are nice enough there knowledge is severely lacking which dampens the overall mood from being a place of prestige clothing to a warehouse with nice items. Given this however the overall experience wasn’t horrible this the 3 stars.

Fantastic Customer Service! Ferrell's has suits that are perfect for missionaries. We purchased one Tempo Stretch Slim Fit Suit in light grey and one Perfect Traveler Wool Blend Stretch Suit in blue checks, along with a bunch of other clothing items and shoes to outfit our son for his mission. Shout out to Carson who helped us get everything we needed even though it was well past closing time... so nice, helpful and very efficient. Great place!

Only decent price in town for a white collared shirt for my 12 year old boy. He's texture sensitive and he likes the feel of the shirt whereas he didn't like other places like Walmart. Got a nice pair of slacks for him and myself with the savings. Go here first!

They seem to have lots of suits. However, several brands come with slacks, and you can't get a different size. Slacks are 6 sizes smaller than the jacket. High prices. But they do have a good deal on Temple ready white suits... if the 6 inch drop in sizing works for you. Customer Service is friendly.Update: After seeing my review, they reached out to rebuff me, telling me how their suits are so much better, Yada Yada ya. Maybe so, but they are still twice as much, and you can't size the slacks to what you need, so you end up paying even more. Their response was an unhappy kick in the teeth to an honest assessment.

Ferrell’s has been around for years and years, too many to count. In all those years many things have changed in their business except for 1 thing…their outstanding customer service! 29yrs ago they fitted us for my wedding and last weekend they fitted my oldest son for his and of course my son left feeling like he mattered and his wedding mattered. I could go on and on but truly if you want to be treated with good ole fashion honest, genuine kindness and gratitude, shop at Ferrell’s. You won’t be disappointed!

Even though I just went here to buy a belt, they had an awesome selection of dress apparel, Ties, belts, shoes, etc. The staff members I also met were also really nice and helpful. They cut my belt to make sure it fit correctly before I purchased it. I would highly recommend going here over an other store.

First time I took my missionary bound son into Ferrell’s we did not receive any kind of greeting or offer of help at all even though there were several employees available standing around with only one other customer.I sent a message to customer service expressing my concerns and they suggested we give them another chance and at least come in for the free missionary gift.We did. We went in and ended up ordering 2 suits and shoes. Once the tailors were finished hemming the pants and my son picked them up, he asked about the free gift and was given a tie and sewing kit. He said he thought there was supposed to be more and was told no. When he got home we looked up the ad on instagram and it said a free shirt tie sewing kit and socks. Not impressed. If you advertise it, take the time to train your staff. While you’re at it, train your staff to greet customers as well.

This one is a mixed bag. Overall, if you want a slim, European-feeling suit, this might not be your place. They have TONS of options, but this does feel a bit more like the traditional American-suit shop with really baggy pants for men about to serve a mission.We wanted a really tricky color. I called ahead, and the young man who answered my call sounded pretty clueless and also wasn't very helpful. We live far away, so I wanted to see if they had even close to the right color before we drove up to see their options. He didn't really offer me any options, and didn't seem to think they had the color in stock at all that we wanted. He was kind enough to text me everything he could look into and find, and that was really nice. It wasn't SUPER helpful, but it was enough to give us an idea of what we needed. It would've been nicer if they had a website with inventory, though.When we got there and walked in, a man (who I believe was the owner), immediately found multiple suits in the color we wanted. He was really helpful in getting us information and also suggesting other places we could try. It was a little disappointing that they couldn't do all the alterations we would've wanted to the suit that was already going to cost $500 before alterations.... That felt a bit steep to us. So, like I said, it's a mixed bag. If you want something American and mainstream, it'll probably be fine for you. If you want a suit that fits perfectly how you want it in an obscure color, this might not be your place. And it also depends which employee you talk to. Some are very knowledgeable, and some just aren't.

Ferrell's has been in business in Idaho Falls for many, many years. Nevertheless, when I found myself needing a suit recently, I nearly forgot about it. I checked out Dillard's (some nice, expensive suits there), and Amazon (some reasonably priced suits that didn't fit right when they arrived), and I looked at some other options. Anyway, when I walked into Ferrell's everything just kind of clicked. They had quite a large selection and a pleasant salesperson who helped me find a suit that fit perfectly, that cost only about $300, and that looks pretty darn good. It's polyester, not wool, so it clearly is not the best suit in the world. Still, for my current needs, a pretty good suit at a pretty good price was just what I needed. So, if you're looking for a pretty good suit at a pretty good price, Ferrell's may have the answers for you.
